BETTER CALL SAUL/BREAKING BAD (AMC) - Vince Gilligan is reportedly putting together another franchise expansion: a standalone film that lives in the "Breaking Bad" universe. The project, "Greenbriar," will start production in mid-November in Albuquerque and may be released as a feature or a TV film/mini-series. (Deadline.com)
GOOD BEHAVIOR (TNT) - Creator Chad Hodge took to social media to reveal the series will not return for a third season. (Instagram.com)
NEW AMSTERDAM (NBC) - Sendhil Ramamurthy will recur on the freshman drama as a new doctor. No other details were given. (Deadline.com)
REVERIE (NBC) - The Peacock has passed on a second season for the summer entry. (Deadline.com)
RIVERDALE (The CW) - Kelly Ripa will drop by the series as Mrs. Mulwray: "Confident and tough, she is Hiram Lodge's (Mark Consuelos) alleged mistress. She's a beautiful, icy, femme fatale who gets caught up in a conspiracy that's much bigger than she initially realized." (UsMagazine.com)
SURVIVORS' CLUB (The CW, New!) - Jared Frieder is spearheading a small screen take on Lauren Beukes, Dale Halvorsen and Ryan Kelly's DC Comics series set "in a world where horror franchise monsters are real, twins Jason and Jennifer barely survived a demonic childhood possession that claimed their mother's life and fractured their bond. Ten years later, when a new evil force awakens, the siblings join forces with other teen survivors to combat the literal and metaphorical monsters that haunt them." Warner Bros. UNTITLED JOSH REIMS PROJECT (CBS, New!) - Josh Reims has sold a new drama to the Eye billed as "an intimate look at the high-octane, complicated lives of the med students, residents and attending physicians at the elite Uniformed Services University, where every doctor is also a trained soldier whose patients can be anyone from a fellow serviceperson to the President of the United States." CBS Television Studios is behind the hour with Picture It Productions' Lance Krall and Jerry Bruckheimer Television's Jerry Bruckheimer, Jonathan Littman and KristieAnne Reed also executive producing.
