NEW YORK, NY (December 18, 2018) - VH1's "Grown & Sexy" will call on comedians, entertainers and influencers to weigh in on how to survive and thrive in your "thirties." Premiering Friday, January 4th at 9:30PM ET/PT with back-to-back episodes, the talking-head style series will feature irreverent commentary and sketches from today's top celebrities and comedians.
