ARROWVERSE SERIES (The CW) - "Supergirl" alum Tyler Hoechlin has booked a return trip to the franchise as Superman for the "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover while "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" co-star Brandon Routh will done Superman's cape and costume in a nod to his work on the feature "Superman Returns." (Deadline.com)
AWKWAFINA (Comedy Central) - Chrissie Fit will recur on the upcoming comedy as Melanie, "an old high school friend of Nora's (Awkwafina) who after a lot of early success has fallen on some hard times. The two friends reconnect after Nora runs into Melanie braiding hair on the Atlantic City boardwalk." (Deadline.com)
DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW (The CW) - Co-star Caity Lotz will make her directorial debut with the fifth episode of season five. (TVLine.com)
GOOD FIGHT, THE (CBSAA) - Co-star Rose Leslie, which plays Maia Rindell, has confirmed her exit from the series after three seasons. (Deadline.com)
GRIMJACK (Amazon, New!) - Kevin Murphy is spearheading a small screen take on John Ostrander and Timothy Truman's comic series, about "the story of a mercenary and his crew who are forced to dig into their own pasts when Grimjack's estranged teenage daughter comes to him looking for help. This will take them through the insane streets of Cynosure, a mysterious city where all parallel universes intersect. There, this unlikely team fights to save not just themselves, but all the planes of existence." AGBO Studios' Joe and Anthony Russo will also executive produce for Amazon Studios. (Deadline.com)
LEGACIES (The CW) - Thomas Doherty is bound for the new season in a yet-to-be-revealed role. (Deadline.com)
MERRY HAPPY WHATEVER (Netflix) - Garcelle Beauvais will recur on the Dennis Quaid-led comedy as Nancy, "a warm and good-humored no-nonsense nurse who treats Don (Quaid) and Matt (Brent Morin) when they arrive at urgent care. It seems Don may have a crush on Nancy though he denies it vehemently." (Deadline.com)
