FOREVER/LORE (Amazon) - The streaming service has pulled the plug on both entries. The latter anthology series ran for two seasons. (Deadline.com)
PATRIOT (Amazon) - The company has confirmed the series won't be back for a third go-round. (Deadline.com)
ROMANOFFS, THE/TOO OLD TO DIE YOUNG (Amazon) - Both series - from Matt Weiner and Nic Winding Refn, respectively - won't return for second seasons. (Deadline.com)
THEM (Amazon) - Deborah Ayorinde and Ashley Thomas are the first to be cast in the anthology's 1953-set "Covenant" installment, about Alfred and Lucky Emory (Ayorinde and Thomas), "who decide to move their family from North Carolina to an all-white Los Angeles neighborhood. The family's home on a tree-lined, seemingly idyllic street becomes ground zero where malevolent forces both real and supernatural threaten to taunt, ravage and destroy them." (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED BLAKE LIVELY PROJECT (Amazon, New!) - Actress Blake Lively has inked a first-look deal with Amazon Studios. The first project out of the pact is "a series set in New York that includes a fashion component." Another involves "a piece of IP." No other specifics were given. (Deadline.com)
