ALL RISE (CBS) - Reggie Lee and Nadia Gray have both scored recurring roles on the newcomer as Thomas Choi, "the new Head Deputy District Attorney in the downtown courthouse and DDA Mark Callan's (Wilson Bethel) new boss"; and Ria, "a one-named model and aspiring brand ambassador, who has a sharp mind and a quick tongue." BIG BANG THEORY, THE (CBS) - Co-star Mayim Bialik has signed a two-year overall deal with Warner Bros. Television where she'll develop new series projects via her newly launched production company, Sad Clown Productions. The pact includes a talent holding provision for her acting services. BLACK-ISH (ABC) - Jeff Meacham, who recurs as "Dre's (Anthony Anderson) nonsensical co-worker Josh," has been promoted to series regular for the upcoming sixth season. (Deadline.com)

NCIS: NEW ORLEANS (CBS) - Eddie Cahill is slated for a "multi-episode arc in connection with some trouble Lasalle's brother Cade finds himself in. No character name has yet been revealed." (Parade.com)
SELENA: THE SERIES (Netflix) - Christian Serratos is in talks to play the title role of Selena Quintanilla in the upcoming drama. (Deadline.com)
TITANS (DC Universe) - Michael Mosley has been cast as DC Comics villain Dr. Arthur Light, "a physicist who manipulates light and its properties to launch a criminal career." (Deadline.com)
YOUR HONOR (Showtime) - Carmen Ejogo and Isiah Whitlock, Jr. have both joined the Bryan Cranston-led limited series. Ejogo will play Lee Delamere, "a smart lawyer at a moneyed law firm whose passionate pursuit of justice pulls her back into the New Orleans criminal justice system." Whitlock then is Charlie, "who is the oldest and best friend of Michael Desiato (Cranston). Charlie is a rising political star in New Orleans, who will do anything to protect his best friend."
