9-1-1: LONE STAR (FOX) - Jim Parrack is the latest addition to the spin-off series as Judd Ryder, "a lifelong Texas firefighter marred by tragedy. Ryder is short on talk, long on action and generally suspicious of outsiders, especially newcomer Capt. Owen Strand (Rob Lowe), who transfers from an NYC firehouse. Judd is married to 9-1-1 call center operator Grace Ryder." (Deadline.com)
ARROW (The CW) - Willa Holland will reprise her role of Thea Queen in an upcoming episode of the show's final season. (TVLine.com)
TOYS (Quibi, New!) - Melinda Hsu Taylor is developing a small screen take on James Patterson's bestselling novel in which "when generations of DNA enhancements have resulted in a class conflict between genetic Elites and unaltered Basics, a young woman who finds herself, and her heart, caught between the two worlds." CBS Television Studios-based 101st Street Entertainment and James Patterson Entertainment are behind the project with Taylor, Patterson, Peter M. Lenkov, Leopoldo Gout and Bill Robinson executive producing. (Deadline.com)
