GET REAL (Quibi, New!) - Scout Productions and Brian Graden Media are developing a documentary series at the short-form platform which "will highlight the good, the bad, the ugly, and the infamous across the 30-year history of reality television." Sarah Girgis, Brian Graden, Dave Mace, David Collins, Michael Williams and Rob Eric are the executive producers. (Deadline.com)
GREASE: LIVE (FOX) - Director Thomas Kail and film/TV producer Jennifer Todd are set to team for a new television company at 20th Century Fox Television as part of a multi-year overall deal. The pact will see their future TV development move under Kail's Old 320 Sycamore Pictures banner. (Deadline.com)
MRS. AMERICA (Hulu) - Cate Blanchett has signed a first-look deal with producer FX Productions. The pact gives the company first crack at her Dirty Films' TV output. (Deadline.com)
ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO (The CW) - Carina Adly MacKenzie is departing the series as executive producer/co-showrunner. Christopher Hollier is expected to take over the series, having served as co-showrunner. (THR.com)
RUN (HBO) - The pay channel has pulled the plug on the Domhnall Gleeson and Merritt Wever-led series after one season. "After exploring potential ways of continuing Ruby and Billy's journey, together with showrunner Vicky Jones, we have come to the decision that we will not be moving forward with a second season of Run," HBO said in a statement. THIS COUNTRY (FOX) - Aya Cash and Justin Linville are the latest additions to the comedy pilot as Cheryl, "a reporter from Minneapolis who is blossoming in the small town of Flatch as editor of the local newspaper"; and Mickey, "an old classmate of Kelly and Shrub's who works at the fireworks store." Chelsea Holmes, Sam Straley and Seann William Scott also star. (Deadline.com)
