SYFY DRAMA "THE SURREALTOR" CASTS SIX SERIES REGULARS

--Series reunites Tim Rozon and Sarah Levy from "Schitt's Creek"--

Tim Rozon, Sarah Levy, Adam Korson, Maurice Dean Wint, Savannah Basley and Tennille Read have been cast as series regulars for SYFY's upcoming drama, THE SURREALTOR.

From Blue Ice Pictures, the 10-episode series starts production on September 15 in Newfoundland, Canada. George Olson developed the series for television and serves as showrunner and executive producer. Lance Samuels, Daniel Iron, Armand Leo and Danishka Esterhazy also serve as executive producers. THE SURREALTOR follows realtor Nick Roman and an elite team of specialists that handle the cases no one else can: haunted and possessed houses that literally scare would-be buyers away. Researching, investigating and "fixing" the things that go bump in the night, the team works to create closure - and closings -- even as they struggle with demons of their own.

TIM ROZON (WYNONNA EARP, "Schitt's Creek") will play Nick Roman, the owner of The Roman Agency, his eponymous real estate firm specializing in "metaphysically engaged" properties. He has gained a whispered reputation as someone who could sell the haunted houses that nobody else could.

Rozon stars on SYFY's fan-favorite series, WYNONNA EARP as Doc Holliday. His first leading role was playing heartthrob Tommy Quincy opposite Alexz Johnson and Laura Vandervoort on the teen drama series, "Instant Star." Other notable credits include playing Mutt Schitt on critically acclaimed show "Schitt's Creek," gang infiltrator Alex Caine on "Befriend and Betray," outer space rogue Isaac on SYFY's VAGRANT QUEEN, and love interest to Candace Cameron Bure on "Christmas Town." Guest appearances include "Rookie Blue," "Flashpoint," "The Listener," "Heartland," "Combat Hospital," "Lost Girl," "Being Human" and "19-2." Rozon won a prestigious Gemini Award for his performance on "Flashpoint" and was nominated for his role in "Befriend and Betray." Rozon is repped by Edna Talent Management Ltd.

SARAH LEVY ("Schitt's Creek") is set to play Susan Ireland, an enormously successful realtor. She is a realist who doesn't believe in ghosts or hauntings.

Originally from Toronto, Sarah Levy is best known for starring opposite Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, Daniel Levy and Annie Murphy in the critically acclaimed show "Schitt's Creek." She has also appeared in the Universal Pictures film, LARRY CROWNE, opposite Julia Roberts and Tom Hanks, "Working the Engels" and her own video "Whatever Your Name Is." Most recently, Levy landed roles in upcoming television pilots "Best Intentions" and "Patty's Auto," executive produced by Elizabeth Banks. Levy is represented by Play Management, Authentic Talent and Literary Management and Jackoway Austen Tyerman

ADAM KORSON ("Seed") will play Father Phil Orley, a research specialist at The Roman Agency who decided to combine his keen research abilities with his understanding of spiritual matters.

Korson is best known for his role in "Seed." He recently appeared in "Teachers" as well as in Jordan Peele's revival of "The Twilight Zone." He will next be seen in a lead role in the Independent film "The Stairs." Korson is repped by The Rosenzweig Group, Buchwald, Kirk Talent and attorney Don Steele.

MAURICE DEAN WINT ("The Kid Detective") will play August Ripley, a technology specialist working at The Roman Agency who creates devices that can detect, evaluate and sometimes dispatch a home's ethereal occupants.

As a graduate with a bachelor's degree in theatre, Wint has dedicated a good part of his career to the stage, appearing in numerous productions across the country including Michael Healey's "Courageous" and "Titus Andronicus," which both garnered him a Dora Award and nomination by the Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts. He has voiced radio, television and internet commercials, which led to an Academy of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Awards nomination for 'Outstanding Performance -Voice' for his work in the documentary feature "Beasts of the Bible." Additional on-camera appearances include "Diggstown," "For the Record," "Shoot the Messenger," "Haven," "Blue Murder," "The Sweetest Gift," "Robocop: Prime Directives" and more. Wint can next be seen in "The Kid Detective" opposite Adam Brody. Wint is repped by Alicia Jeffery at The Characters Talent Agency.

SAVANNAH BASLEY (WYNONNA EARP) is set to play Zooey L'Enfant, the office manager at The Roman Agency.

A dual Canadian-US citizen, Basley is best known for appearing as Cleo on SYFY's WYNONNA EARP. Her additional credits include short film "White Lock," which won the Special Jury Prize at the Amsterdam Film Festival, "The Art of More," opposite Kate Bosworth, "Coroner" and "Utopia Falls." Basley is represented by Kate Kellner of The George Agency.

TENNILLE READ ("Workin' Moms") is set to play Megan Donovan, a medical student who just inherited a house from her grandfather. As serious doubts creep in about her current relationship and the stress of medical school increases, she is looking to sell this new home.

Read is best known for her role as Bianca in comedy series "Workin' Moms." Her additional credits include Atom Egoyan's film "Guest of Honour,"which premiered at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival, "Condor," "The Good Witch," "My Regina - Late Night in The Studio," "Schitt's Creek" and "Shadowhunters." Read is represented by Ryan Goldhar at The Characters Talent Agency.
