NCIS (CBS) - Gary Cole has closed his deal to join the cast of the series as FBI Special Agent Alden Park while Katrina Law's Special Agent Jessica Knight will return as a regular for season 19. Both moves are believed to be tied to a reportedly reduced presence of star Mark Harmon next season. (Variety.com)
OUR KIND OF PEOPLE (FOX) - Kyle Bary has scored a role on the upcoming drama as Quincy Dupont, "Leah (LeToya Luckett) and Raymond's (Morris Chestnut) son and Lauren's (Rhyon Nicole Brown) fraternal twin, He is an athletic and charming youth who has also been raised in wealth and privilege, but is much more down-to-earth and approachable than his spoiled sister. Quincy is a brilliant basketball player, but when he finally approaches his father about joining a NBA prep camp over the summer, his ambitions are dismissed. SEXY BEASTS (Netflix) - Comedian Rob Delaney will narrate Lion Television's reboot of the series, which has officially received a two-season order from Netflix with six half-hour episodes due on July 21 and another six on tap for later this year. Simon Welton is the executive producer with Sarah Clarke producing and Sam Campbell directing. (Variety.com)
SOMEBODY FEED PHIL (Netflix) - Phil Rosenthal's culinary travelogue will return for a fifth season of 10 episodes, its largest order yet. (THR.com)
SPRUNG (IMDb TV) - Shakira Barrera, James Earl and newcomer Clare Gillies have all been cast in the upcoming comedy. Barrera will play Gloria, "a college-educated scam artist who discovered her love for conning people at a young age"; with Earl as Melvin, "an opportunist who alters his con based on supply and demand"; and Gillies as Wiggles, "a sweet and simple-minded woman who dreams of having a baby and is searching for someone who can stay out of prison long enough to be a decent father." TEHRAN (Apple TV+) - Eight-time Oscar-nomine Glenn Close has signed onto the show's second season as Marjan Montazeri, "a British woman, living in Tehran." (Deadline.com)
TERMINAL LIST, THE (Amazon) - Remi Adeleke will recur on the Chris Pratt-led drama as Terrell "Tee" Daniels, "a member of the FBI's elite Hostage Rescue Team, now operating on U.S. soil.
