Her life changes one night when an international record company executive listens to her singing in a bar. That same night, Candela reunites with Diego (Bernardeau), a high-school classmate who is struggling to become a professional boxer." P-VALLEY (Starz) - Psalms Salazar and Gail Bean are both bound for the show's second season. Salazar joins the cast as Whisper, "an enigmatic free spirit with a spooky streak who speaks in riddles and eerie truths. She's blessed with a direct line to the universe and sight beyond the earthly realm. The air to Roulette's fire, Whisper becomes a full-blown tornado when she hits the pole." And Bean will recur as Roulette, "a feisty wild child who truly lives up to her name - she's taking major risks and breaking allllll of Uncle Clifford's rules. Like fire, she's dangerous, unpredictable, and uncontrollable - but dazzling to watch. On and off the pole, she's turning The Pynk upside down." (Deadline.com)
WASHINGTON BLACK (Hulu) - Tom Ellis has signed onto the limited series as Christopher "Titch" Wilde, "an eccentric, passionate steampunk inventor whose youthful enthusiasm masks an inner vulnerability. A disturbing death at his family's sugar plantation catapults Titch on a remarkable journey across the sky with young George Washington Black at his side. Titch finds himself thrust into the position of mentor and father figure to Wash - a role he is ill-prepared for because Titch is chasing the shadow of his own father, an inevitable reckoning that threatens to doom him and Wash both."
