ACCUSED (FOX) - Keith Carradine, Jason Ritter, Betsy Brandt and Wrenn Schmidt are the latest bound for the anthology series. Carradine stars with Laila Robins in "Billy's Story," "about an aging rock star who struggles to help his drug-addicted son." Ritter and Schmidt will headline "Jack's Story," which "revolves around a teacher who is accused of a crime when he helps a student in need." And Brandt stars alongside Bebe Wood and Josh Hamilton in "Jessie's Story," about "a teenager who pressures her mother for the identity of her biological father." Other additions include Emma Nelson, Joanne Boland, Brad Austin, James Udom, Anne Bedian, Matthew James Thomas, Evan Gamble, Skywalker Hughes, Lyla Porter-Follows, Skylar Gaertner, Janet Porter, and Damon Redfern. CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST/GROWING UP CHRISLEY/LOVE LIMO (Various) - Stars Todd and Julie Chrisley have been sentenced to a combined total of 19 years in prison after being convicted in June of tax evasion and bank fraud. It's understood all their NBCUniversal projects have been shuttered. "Chrisley Knows Best," which filmed a handful of episodes before the trial, will air said installments next year. (Deadline.com)
DANCING WITH THE STARS (Disney+) - Cheryl Burke has announced her exit from the competition series after 25 seasons. (@cherylburke, 11/20)
HOME ECONOMICS (ABC) - Eddie Cibrian and Daniella Pineda are slated to recur on the current season. Cibrian will portray Santiago, "an extremely good-looking contractor who starts working with Marina (Karla Souza)"; while Pineda will play Nikki, "a woman Connor (Jimmy Tatro) meets and tries to impress." MAYOR OF KINGSTOWN (Paramount+) - Ash Santos has joined the cast of the show's sophomore run as Coco, "a nightclub dancer at Cavo." (Deadline.com)
TO COOK A BEAR (Disney+, New!) - The streamer has commissioned its first Nordic original, a six-part adaptation of Swedish author Mikael Niemi's "To Cook a Bear" from Anagram Sweden, which "takes place in the mid-nineteenth century in the village of Kengis, northern Sweden, centering on a runaway Sami boy who develops a deep relationship while investigating an unexpected murder mystery. While a Pastor has a spiritual awakening that profoundly impacts the Sami and Tornedalians, the body of a shepherd's girl is found in a bog. Soon the villagers set out in search of the killer bear they think is on the rampage." Jesper Harrie is penning the adaptation. (Deadline.com)
