BIG SHOT/MIGHTY DUCKS, THE: GAME CHANGERS (Disney+) - The streamer has pulled the plug on both series after two seasons. (Deadline.com)
BLOOD & TREASURE (Paramount+) - The streamer has confirmed the former CBS series will not be returning for a third season. (TVLine.com)
HURT UNIT, THE (ABC) - Jaime Lee Kirchner has scored a role on the medical drama pilot as Nora, "a surgeon from working-class roots who got her education by joining the Navy, serving as a trauma surgeon in multiple war zones. She wants to join Dr. Danny Marsh's (Ben McKenzie) elite HURT Unit, and although she's nearly as brilliant a surgeon as he is, he won't have her on his team until she levels with him about her troubled past." JUDGE MATHIS/PEOPLE'S COURT, THE (Syndication) - Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution has confirmed both series are slated to end after their current 24th and 26th seasons, respectively. (Deadline.com)
LOT, A (CBS, New!) - June Diane Raphael and Paul Scheer are set to star in an improvisational-style multi-camera comedy for the network about "about a couple in their late 30s who pour their life savings into their biggest business endeavor yet: building a housing development on a defunct studio lot. But these house flippers get more than they bargained for when their new project becomes a nightmare." A proof of concept has already been shot for the project, with Alex Fernie directing. Marta Kauffman and Hannah Canter penned the script and will executive produce alongside Raphael, Scheer and Robbie Tollin for Okay Goodnight and Lionsgate Television. (Deadline.com)
SHROUDED COLLEGE, THE (Peacock, New!) - Charles Soule and Will Sliney's series of graphic novels is being developed at the streamer, which "tells the stories of various characters enlisted to become secret agents fighting a supernatural cold war on the side of the Shrouded College, a down-and-out organization on the edge of destruction." Seth MacFarlane, Erica Huggins and Rachel Hargreaves-Heald will executive produce alongside said duo for Fuzzy Door Productions and Universal Content Productions. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED LALIGA PROJECT (Netflix, New!) - The streamer is in pre-production on a documentary series which will follow Spain's top soccer division, LaLiga, during the upcoming 2023-24 season and "feature the likes of club giants Barcelona and Real Madrid."
