TV One Announces Summer Suspense Film Line Up Premiering July 9th at 9/8c!
First up is "First Comes Love Then Comes Murder" on July 9 followed by "A Mother's Intuition" on July 23.

TV ONE ANNOUNCES A SUMMER SUSPENSE FILM LINEUP WITH "FIRST COMES LOVE THEN COMES MURDER" AND "A MOTHER'S INTUITION" TITLED "THE SUSPENSE IS REAL"

(SILVER SPRING, MD- June 21, 2023) TV ONE, a leading destination for premium entertainment content, announced its exciting slate of suspenseful summer films, including "First Comes Love Then Comes Murder" and "A Mother's Intuition."

Premiering Sunday, July 9th, 2023, at 9/8c, "First Comes Love Then Comes Murder" features a thrilling tale of love, deceit, and survival. The story follows Candice, played by Jennifer Pointdujour, a devoted wife whose life takes a drastic turn when her manipulative husband Doug, portrayed by Rayan Lawrence, hires a killer to assassinate her and their unborn child. However, fate intervenes when the assassin, Ken (Guyviad Joseph), has a change of heart. Amidst this web of deceit, Alicia, played by Leslie Black, further complicates the narrative, making for a captivating viewing experience.

Just two weeks later, on Sunday, July 23rd, 2023, at 9/8c, "A Mother's Intuition" takes center stage. This poignant thriller unravels the story of Toni, portrayed by Denise Boutté, a young, pregnant woman grappling with the sudden death of her husband. In a tragic turn of events, Toni is told her baby was stillborn, but her intuition tells her something isn't right. A longtime friend, and private investigator, played by Matt Cedeño, helps her on her shocking quest to find the truth. She suspects a sinister switched-at-birth cover-up implicating the doctors entrusted with her care The dynamic cast includes Cicely (Brely Evans), Simone (Hazel Renee), Dr. Ken Zarada (Jeff Marchuletta), Dr. Linda Snyder (Rachelle Carson Begley), and Dr. Chaundra (Tamar Braxton).
