MLB on TBS to Be Exclusive Home of 2023 NLDS & NLCS

NLDS to Begin Saturday, Oct. 7 - Game 1 of Philadelphia Phillies vs. Atlanta Braves & Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Los Angeles Dodgers - Simulcast on TBS, truTV & B/R Sports Add-On Tier on Max

Host Ernie Johnson with Analysts Curtis Granderson, Pedro Martinez & Jimmy Rollins to Provide Studio Coverage throughout NLDS

MLB on TBS will be the exclusive home of the 2023 National League Division Series presented by Booking.com and the National League Championship Series presented by loanDepot with coverage of both best-of-five NLDS series beginning Saturday, October 7, simulcast on TBS, truTV and the B/R Sports Add-On tier on Max.

In a rematch of the 2022 NLDS, history-maker Ronald Acuña, Jr., 2023 MLB home run leader Matt Olson and the Atlanta Braves will host Bryce Harper, Trea Turner and the 2022 NL pennant winning-Philadelphia Phillies in Game 1 at 6 p.m. ET. Brian Anderson and Jeff Francoeur will be on the call for the series, alongside reporter Matt Winer.

Later at 9 p.m., Christian Walker, rookie phenom Corbin Carroll and the Arizona Diamondbacks will take on MVP candidate Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman and the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 1 of the NL West showdown.

Bob Costas and Ron Darling will provide commentary for the series, with reporter Lauren Shehadi.

TBS' 17th consecutive season of MLB Postseason coverage will begin with MLB on TBS Leadoff presented by New Balance pregame coverage at 5:30 p.m., featuring host Ernie Johnson alongside Hall of Famer Pedro Martinez, 2007 NL MVP Jimmy Rollins and 16-year MLB veteran Curtis Granderson. The studio team will return after the final out to wrap up the day's live game action with MLB on TBS Closer presented by Genesis.

All MLB on TBS postseason games, as well as pre and postgame coverage, will be available to stream via the B/R Sports Add-On tier on Max. MLB on TBS postseason games will also be available via the TBS or truTV apps on mobile, tablet and connected TV devices and at tbs.com or trutv.com; fans will be able to access the games by logging in with the username and password provided by their TV service provider.

MLB on TBS will also exclusively televise the National League Championship Series (NLCS) presented by loanDepot, beginning Monday, Oct. 16, with Game 1 of the best-of-seven series. Lauren Shehadi will host studio coverage throughout the NLCS, joining Martinez, Rollins and Granderson for MLB on TBS Leadoff presented by New Balance and MLB on TBS Closer presented by Genesis. The NLCS will be called by Anderson, Darling and Francoeur, with Winer reporting.

The 2023 season marks the 50th anniversary of MLB airing on WBD Sports' networks, dating back to 1973 when games were first televised on WTCG (now TBS).
