November 8, 2023.- The new hairdressing talent show 'HairStyle' produced by Shine Iberia (A Banijay Company), will make its debut in the USA on November 17. It will become part of the content catalog of discovery+. This innovative format, seeking the next big name in hairdressing in the country, will feature Maestro Rossano Ferretti, and stylists Riawna Capri and Nikki Lee as hosts.

A fresh format for a global audience. Ten professional hairdressers from the United States will need to showcase their talent, skills, and creativity in front of Maestro Rossano Ferretti, who will host the talent show broadcast globally in five different versions in Spain, Italy, Mexico, Brazil and the United States. In each of the editions, Rossano Ferretti will evaluate the contestants' work, accompanied by a co-host from each of the countries. They won't be alone; well-known celebrities will visit the salon to share insights about their hair and lifestyle routines.

Adapting to customer requests, analyzing their physical features, and providing advice on the most flattering hair colors and cuts, creating hairstyles for special occasions, and reviving damaged hair are some of the challenges that the 'HairStyle' contestants will face. Additionally, they will need to showcase their makeup skills, as they will have to complete the looks with dreamy makeup. They will put their creativity and hairstyling vision to the test to make their names known in households around the world.

The winner of HairStyle, The Talent Show will be awarded a prize worth $150,000, allowing them to realize their ambition of opening a high-end salon. To ensure the project is a success, a team of experts headed by Rossano Ferretti will be on hand, supported by top hair industry brands: Alfaparf Milano Professional haircare, coloring and finishing products; Great Lengths extensions, Rossano Ferretti Parma hair treatments; Gama Professional dryers and Maletti salon furniture. The winner will also be awarded $10,000 extra to spend on their salon, and will join the prestigious international teaching team of the MDB Education hairstyling master's program.

A TV studio transformed into a grand salon. In order to bring the dream of 'HairStyle' to life, a television studio has been transformed into a 1,000 m2 grand hairdressing salon, fully equipped to carry out spectacular work. The initial images of the salon showcase workstations with all the necessary hairdressing tools for creating remarkable styles, separate wash areas for providing individualized customer care, and extensive shelving housing top-quality hair care products for coloring and hair improvement, as well as a variety of natural hair extensions in different colors. With all of these products, the contestants of 'HairStyle' can complete all the challenges using high-quality materials provided by the program's collaborating brands: Alfaparf Milano Professional, Rossano Ferretti Parma, Gama Professional, Maletti, and Great Lengths.

Respected presenters in the world of styling. Hair maestro Rossano Ferretti is one of the best-known stylists in the world. He belongs to the third generation of a hairstylist family, from Campegine, a little Italian town of just 500 inhabitants, and he has created a global styling empire. Renowned for working on hair care through Italian designer products, his luxury salons are frequented by celebrities, royals and VIPs from all over the world. He has salons in Milan, Paris, New York, Miami, Dubai and Madrid, among others. Rossano Ferretti has also become famous worldwide for his innovative cutting technique, "The Method". For decades now, Rossano Ferretti has maintained that hair should be cut in a personalized style, taking into account its natural hang, texture and movement. It should also be cared through a bespoke hair-care routine for each person. At a time when using skincare ingredients in hair care was unusual, Rossano Ferretti pioneered research into the link between both kinds of care, positioning himself at the forefront of the skinification movement. Ferretti has also published educational books and worked with several magazines, including Vogue. His latest challenge is as the host and judge of the spectacular new 'HairStyle, The Talent Show.'

Riawna Capri and Nikki Lee met in 2002 at Fred Segal Beauty in Santa Monica, when both were starting out on their professional careers. It was the beginning of a great friendship and a professional relationship that lasts to this day. Their salon, Nine Zero One, launched in 2009 and is located in the heart of Los Angeles. It is a modern, inspiring space, frequented by numerous Hollywood celebrities, including Selena Gomez, Nina Dobrev, Hillary Duff and Emma Roberts, among others. Making clients feel at ease and heard is a top priority for the salon, their second home. To make sure that this is the case, they have assembled a creative, talented and attentive team, to provide clients with excellent service and a wonderful experience. Both Riawna and Nikki are experts in using long extensions, creating spectacular blond, multi-dimensional cuts, and texturizing hair. They are specialized in free-flowing layers and sun-kissed colors.
