2023-24 SEASON NEW BROADCAST SERIES (Various) - Newcomers NBC's "St. Denis Medical" and "Dr. Wolf"; FOX's "Doc - In Your Hands" and "Rescue: Hi-Surf"; and CBS's "Matlock" and "Poppa's House" are all expected to be pushed until the 2024-25 season. ABC previously announced "High Potential" was being held until at least fall 2024. Conversely, "Elsbeth" and "Tracker" on CBS as well as NBC's "Extended Family" are still on track for midseason rollouts. (Deadline.com, 11/8)

GOOD LAWYER, THE (ABC) - The Alphabet has passed on the proposed spin-off series, which originated as a backdoor pilot episode of "The Good Doctor." (Deadline.com, 11/9)
LOVING ELVIS (Peacock, New!) - The streamer has acquired the three-part documentary series which "will look at the loves, dalliances, and forbidden courtships of Presley and will feature conversations with his nurse, his fiancé, his live-in girlfriends, and a few young fans who desperately dreamt of more." Renowned Films and See It Now Studios were behind the project, which will bow on November 13. Prime Video originally released the series as "Elvis' Women" in the U.K. on May 16. Barbara Shearer series directs and Suzanne Finstad produces while Max Welch, Tim Withers, Kate Maddigan, Susan Zirinksy and Terry Wrong are the executive producers. (Deadline.com, 11/10)
ROOKIE, THE: FEDS (ABC) - The network has pulled the plug on the Niecy Nash-Betts-led series after one season. (Deadline.com, 11/9)
RUSH (Freeform, New!) - Writers Andrew Lenchewski and Kevin O'Hare are set to team with director Alexis Ostrander for a domestic take on the Israeli series "The Station" at the cable channel: "It revolves around four high-school students who join RUSH - a teenage first-responder program that exists nationally, and internationally. These young heroes work side-by-side with adult firefighters and EMTs, in real life-or-death emergencies. All while juggling their school work, home lives, and romantic entanglements. Our young heroes may find that by saving others, they may be able to save themselves." All three will executive produce alongside Underground's Trevor Engelson; original series' creators Shahar Segall and Oren Jacobi; ADD's Hadas Mozes, Rinat Klien and Yaron Lichtenstein; as well as HYBE America's Scooter Braun, James Shin and Scott Manson. S.W.A.T. (CBS) - WE tv has acquired the non-exclusive cable rights to the series. Repeats will roll out beginning this Sunday, November 12. (Deadline.com, 11/8)
SATURDAYS (Disney Channel) - The cable channel has axed the single-camera comedy series after one season. (TVLine.com, 11/7)
WALKING DEAD, THE: DARYL DIXON (AMC) - Manish Dayal will recur on the show's sophomore run as Ash, "an engineer from Boston who moved to the family weekend house in Maine after the onset of the apocalypse. Ash lives by a strict schedule based mostly around his daily flights in a retrofitted single engine plane and mysterious visitations to his backyard greenhouse." (Deadline.com, 11/9)
