Inaugural MLB at Rickwood Field Pays Tribute to the Legacy of The Negro Leagues and Birmingham's Iconic Ballpark

FOX Sports Celebrates Its Silver Anniversary of Major League Baseball's Midsummer Classic

NEW YORK - Heading into its 29th season, FOX Sports unveils the full schedule for its coverage of the 2024 Major League Baseball regular season - highlighted by traditional division rivalries, an international matchup and a special edition game added to the lineup.

The network opens its regular season coverage on Saturday, March 30 with a trio of must-see matchups, beginning with a showdown in Philadelphia as Ronald Acuña Jr. and the Atlanta Braves visit Bryce Harper and the Phillies at 4:00 PM ET on FS1, FOX Deportes. Later that day, regionalized action highlights primetime as the New York Yankees head to Minute Maid Field for a battle with the Houston Astros (also available on FOX Deportes) and the San Francisco Giants travel south to face the San Diego Padres both at 7:00 PM ET on FOX.

FOX Sports' signature BASEBALL NIGHT IN AMERICA, featuring primetime regionalized broadcasts, returns on Saturday, May 4.

SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

· A longstanding division rivalry highlights the network's trip across the pond as the Philadelphia Phillies and New York Mets clash during the first game of the 2024 MLB World Tour: London Series. The action at London Stadium begins on Saturday, June 8 at 1:00 PM ET on FOX, FOX Deportes.

· Following several blockbuster offseason signings, the highly anticipated interleague series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Yankees makes its way to BASEBALL NIGHT IN AMERICA on Saturday, June 8 at 7:30 PM ET on FOX, FOX Deportes as Shohei Ohtani and his new team and face the freshly pinstriped Juan Soto and the Bronx Bombers.

· In the latest installment of special regular-season contests, MLB at Rickwood Field pays tribute to the Negro Leagues and its greatest living player - National Baseball Hall of Famer Willie Mays. The oldest professional ballpark in America, and former home to the Birmingham Black Barons, is set to backdrop the historic matchup between the San Francisco Giants and the St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday, June 20 at 7:00 PM ET on FOX, FOX Deportes.

· FOX Sports returns to the Lone Star State on Tuesday, July 16 as baseball's best meet in Arlington for the 2024 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard - the network's 25th broadcast of the Midsummer Classic. The most-watched All-Star event across all major sports begins live from Globe Life Field at 8:00 PM ET on FOX, FOX Deportes.
