A&E'S HOME.MADE.NATION BLOCK BRINGS TWO PERSPECTIVES ON THE PRESSURES OF BUYING A HOME WITH "PROPERTY VIRGINS" AND "48 HOURS TO BUY" PREMIERING SATURDAY, MARCH 30TH

NEW YORK, NY - MARCH 6, 2024 - A&E's Home.Made.Nation programming block brings two different spins on buying a home in today's red-hot real estate market with the all-new series "48 Hours to Buy" and a reboot of "Property Virgins," both premiering Saturday, March 30th.

The stakes couldn't be higher with the new series "48 Hours to Buy," airing at 11am ET/PT. Buying a home is the biggest financial decision most people make in their lives; it can literally change everything. Which is why most people spend months searching for the perfect home. Now imagine having only two days. "48 Hours to Buy" profiles couples who are in a housing pressure cooker - whether they're relocating unexpectedly for work, or compelled by a personal situation, their relocation is coming up and they need to find a house fast. The series is produced by Lusid Media.

Immediately following "48 Hours to Buy" with back-to-back episodes at 12pm ET/PT is "Property Virgins," hosted by Wendy Wolfe, a celebrated radio and TV personality and one of Toronto's top realtors. Nobody said buying a first home was easy. It's possibly the biggest financial decision most people ever make. "Property Virgins" will show that some people have no clue what they're getting themselves into. This update of the classic series portrays the experiences of first-time home buyers, or "property virgins" as they set out to find their dream homes. The series is produced by Cineflix Productions.
