"Forged In Fire" Premieres Wednesday, October 2 at 9/8c

The highly anticipated new season of Forged in Fire premieres Wednesday, October 2 at 9/8c and is heating up for a season unlike anything ever seen before. We are heading back to the forge for some of the most intense blade smithing competitions yet. First up, a showdown never-before seen on Forged in Fire. In a two-hour special four teams of expert builders compete in an all-out Battle Royale to see who will leave with $20,000 and the first ever title of Forged in Fire: Instruments of Death champions! Then it's a fight for glory and honor as we invite back our most skilled, most victorious, our unbeaten champions to defend their titles against underdogs ready to prove their worth. But they're not the only ones with their reputations on the line, as our smiths also duke it out for the chance to Beat the Judges! With bigger challenges, higher stakes, and even tougher contestants, these Smiths will have to chisel, quelch, and weld their way through everything from Battle Weapons to Swords of Mystery to prove they're more than just your average bladesmith to earn a spot in the Forged Hall of Fame.

"Mountain Men" Premieres Thursday, October 3 at 9/8c

In the rugged wilderness of North America, Mountain Men returns with an adrenaline-charged Season 13, premiering Thursday, October 3 at 9/8c on The HISTORY Channel, where it's boom or bust as each character takes on bold new challenges, testing the limits of their skills and perseverance. This season, there's no rest for the self-reliant men and women who have left modern day life to embrace the enduring traditions that once defined the West. Even the basics - food, heat, and shelter - demand relentless effort from these fiercely independent individuals. But surviving in the wild means constantly forging ahead, and going to extraordinary lengths to protect the life they've built. This winter brings new traplines, fresh cabin constructions, and ambitious money-making ventures - big dreams and even bigger projects that could either lead to booming success or crushing disappointment. For those courageous enough to embrace this way of life, the risks are worth it for the chance to stake a lasting claim in the mountains.

Each new episode will stream on The HISTORY(R) Channel app, history.com, and across major TV providers' VOD platforms the day after it airs on The HISTORY(R) Channel. You can also watch it ad-free by downloading to own on Amazon Prime Video or wherever you prefer to purchase your favorite series.
