OXYGEN TRUE CRIME'S "NEW YORK HOMICIDE" PREMIERES FEB. 1 AT 9 P.M. ET/PT

NYPD Retired Chief of Detectives Robert K. Boyce Delves Into Murder Investigations That Shook the Metropolis to Its Core in the Series Third Season

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - Jan. 23, 2025 - Oxygen, the home of high-quality true-crime programming, examines some of the worst murders in the Big Apple's history, and the uncompromising determination practiced by law enforcement, family and friends intent on getting justice for the victims, when "New York Homicide" premieres Saturday, Feb. 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

The season three premiere follows a new episode of "Prosecuting Evil with Kelly Siegler."

In its second season, "New York Homicide" reached 8.3 million viewers across all platforms.

In his 35 years of serving the city, NYPD Retired Chief of Detectives Robert K. Boyce witnessed the powerful resoluteness of its citizens as well as horrifically evil deeds. In season three of "New York Homicide," Boyce provides singular insight on crimes that took hold of the city and the unrelenting work it took to bring perpetrators to justice.

The 20 new cases analyzed this season include the murder of an Indian prince known for his extravagant lifestyle; the killing of a man whose body was found in the debris following Hurricane Sandy; a man whose Hell's Kitchen murder changed the city's club scene and made headlines nationwide; a successful tech entrepreneur stabbed to death at the height of his career; and a serial killer who kept Brooklyn on edge.

"DEADLY LESSON" (Feb. 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT)

When a popular teacher is stabbed in her Staten Island home, NYPD officers in this close-knit community embark on a quest for justice, uncovering a web of secrets and lies behind closed doors that leave even the most seasoned detectives reeling.

"THE ALMOST PERFECT MURDER" (Saturday, Feb. 8 at 9 p.m. ET/PT)

When a beloved landlord disappears in Brooklyn, the NYPD is convinced it's more than a missing person's case. Without a body and with limited physical evidence, a suspect roams the city for years until discovering a secret witness to the grisly truth.

"New York Homicide" is produced by ITV America's Good Caper Content in association with Central Park Entertainment. Jordana Hochman, Sarah Howell, Ben Parry, Sean Moran, Diane Warshay and Michele Warshay are the executive producers.
