THE HISTORY CHANNEL(TM) AND A+E FACTUAL STUDIOS(TM) ANNOUNCE A SWEEPING NONFICTION EVENT SERIES BUILDING ON THE LEGACY OF HISTORY'S BLOCKBUSTER HIT WITH "THE BIBLE REVEALED" (WORKING TITLE)

NEW YORK, NY - June 12, 2025 - The HISTORY Channel(TM) and A+E Factual Studios(TM) today announced "The Bible Revealed" (working title), an ambitious nonfiction event series that revisits and reinterprets some of the most iconic stories ever told. Produced by A+E Factual Studios, the 10-hour series represents a bold return to one of the network's most successful and influential properties, "The Bible," which remains one of the highest-rated titles ever for The HISTORY Channel.

Building on the cultural and ratings success of "The Bible" and recent landmark series like "Kevin Costner's The West," "The Bible Revealed" (w.t.) deepens The HISTORY Channel's commitment to epic storytelling rooted in spiritual and historical tradition. Through expert commentary from renowned scholars and premiere theologians, the series explores the foundational biblical events - such as the Great Flood, the Ten Plagues, and the Garden of Eden - through theological tradition, rigorous scientific inquiry and cultural resonance to deepen understanding of a book that has shaped so much of human history.

"The Bible Revealed' reaffirms our mission to tell globally significant stories with depth and integrity and this series offers an opportunity to revisit these powerful stories in a fresh, compelling way for both long-time viewers and new generations," said Eli Lehrer, EVP & Head of Programming, The HISTORY Channel. "We are proud to continue our legacy of producing premium documentary programming that explores the texts and traditions that have shaped our world. This is storytelling with reverence, scale, and vision - exactly the kind of project our audiences expect from us."

Produced by the award-winning A+E Factual Studios - the team behind "It's In the Game: Madden NFL" (Prime), "Dance Moms: A New Era" (Hulu), and "Holy Marvels with Dennis Quaid" (The HISTORY Channel) - "The Bible Revealed" (w.t.) brings together some of the industry's top nonfiction creatives and scholars to explore ancient narratives that continue to shape global culture today.

The Bible remains a living document - interpreted across traditions, translated across millennia, and debated in every generation. From the mysteries of Genesis to the epic of Exodus, "The Bible Revealed" (w.t.) examines these enduring stories in a way that is immersive, informed, and emotionally powerful.

A+E Global Media holds worldwide distribution rights to "The Bible Revealed" (w.t.).
