New York, NY - July 17, 2025 - This August, AMC Networks serves up thrills and chills with a massive programming lineup across its suite of networks and streaming services, including the season finale of AMC Original adventure series Nautilus, starring Shazad Latif (Star Trek: Discovery); new Acorn TV crime drama Irish Blood, starring and executive produced by Alicia Silverstone (Clueless); a new ripped-from-the-headlines crime drama Kidnapped on AMC+; and the season finales of Acorn TV's popular The Madame Blanc Mysteries and Sundance TV's gripping docu-series The Furry Detectives: Unmasking A Monster from Academy Award-winning Alex Gibney's Jigsaw Productions. Inspired by Jules Verne's beloved Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, Nautilus follows Captain Nemo's (Shazad Latif, Star Trek: Discovery) mission to enact revenge on the East India Mercantile Company, who took everything from him. Nemo audaciously steals a prototype submarine from the penal colony in which he is imprisoned, escaping into the ocean with a motley crew of fellow prisoners. He plans to reach the fabled Viking treasure buried at the Pillars of Halvar. But first, he must win the trust of his crew and keep out of the clutches of the ruthless East India Mercantile Company, who will do whatever it takes to stop him.
