The Block Spotlights King-Size Classic Movies Starring Elvis

LOS ANGELES (July 22, 2025) - Get all shook up this August, as AXS TV delivers a hunk of burning hits with seven days of King-size classics, airing every day at 4P ET from Monday, August 11 through Sunday, August 17.

Elvis Week swings into action on August 11, with Elvis Presley as a young serviceman who wagers he can woo a hard-to-get dancer in the 1960 favorite G.I. Blues. Other highlights include the bad boy biker romp Roustabout (Aug. 13), co-starring Barbara Stanwyck and featuring early appearances by Raquel Welch and Teri Garr; and the love-in-paradise musical spectacular Blue Hawaii (Aug. 15) with Angela Lansbury; as well as a special presentation of the 1963 romance Fun In Acapulco - starring beloved Bond Girl Ursula Andress - on August 16, in honor of the 48TH Anniversary of Elvis' passing.
