NFL Christmas Gameday is Back with a New Line-Up of On-Air Booth Talent in Washington, D.C. and Minneapolis, Minnesota
It's not even Halloween and we're gearing up for NFL Christmas Gameday on Netflix! Take a sneak peek at our on-air talent with our confirmed booth talent in Washington, D.C. and Minneapolis. Additional on-air talent names to be announced in the weeks to come.
· Live from Washington, D.C. for the Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Commanders will be play-by-play announcer Ian Eagle (play-by-play announcer, CBS Sports and Amazon Prime Video) and game analysts Nate Burleson (former NFL wide receiver, analyst on THE NFL Today on CBS and CBS Mornings co-host) and Matt Ryan (former NFL quarterback, CBS Sports). The Cowboys/Commanders will air at 1 pm ET from Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland
· Live from Minneapolis, Minnesota for the Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings will be play-by-play announcer Noah Eagle (play-by-play announcer, NBC Sports) and game analyst Drew Brees (former Super Bowl-winning quarterback). The Lions/Vikings will air at 4:30 pm ET from the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Netflix's NFL Christmas Gameday 2024 reached 65 million U.S. viewers, according to Nielsen. Netflix delivered the two most streamed NFL games in U.S. history with an average audience of over 26.5 million viewers in the U.S. and over 30 million viewers globally, highlighted by Beyoncé's epic halftime performance.
The game will be available globally to Netflix subscribers in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.
In keeping with the NFL's long-standing holiday tradition, the Netflix Christmas Day games will air on CBS affiliates in the competing team cities and be available on U.S. mobile devices with NFL+. CBS Sports will produce the games, with NFL Media producing the pre, post, and studio halftime programming. EverWonder Studio will executive produce NFL Christmas Gameday.
