MARIO LOPEZ SET TO HOST THE 52ND ANNUAL DAYTIME EMMY(R) AWARDS IN EXCLUSIVE COLLABORATION WITH "ACCESS HOLLYWOOD"
2025 Gold & Silver Circle Inductees Announced and
Fan Tickets Now On Sale
New York/Los Angeles - September 17, 2025 - The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) announced that actor, producer, and Daytime Emmy(R) Award-winning host Mario Lopez will host the 52nd Annual Daytime Emmy(R) Awards to take place Friday, October 17, 2025, at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California. The organization also unveiled the 2025 Gold and Silver Circle Honorees and shared details for Fan Tickets available to the ceremony which recognizes outstanding achievement in television programming and crafts. The 52nd Daytime Emmy(R) Awards will be streamed live at watch.theemmys.tv and via The Emmys(R) app.
Beginning Monday, October 13, in a first of its kind collaboration, "Access Hollywood" will feature five nights of dedicated Daytime Emmys segments leading up to the ceremony giving fans an unprecedented behind the scenes look at the award show. Following the ceremony, on Monday, October 20, the entertainment news program will spotlight the Daytime Emmy(R) Awards with notable red carpet moments, winner reactions, and exclusive footage from the night's festivities.
Recognizing individuals who have made enduring contributions to daytime television, the 2025 Gold and Silver Circle inductees are exceptional professionals who have performed distinguished service within the television industry, setting standards for achievement, mentoring, leadership and professional accolades for 50 or 25 years, respectively. They represent the best and brightest in the industry.

In addition, NATAS announces that, this year, for the first time since 2018, a limited number of tickets to the 52nd Daytime Emmy(R) Awards Ceremony will be available for public purchase. Daytime television fans will have a rare chance to experience the excitement of the industry's most celebrated evening in person and cheer on their favorite performers, television hosts and creators as they are honored for their contributions to the art of daytime TV. Tickets are now on sale, for $75 plus applicable fees, and are sold exclusively through Ticketmaster.
The Daytime Emmy(R) Awards have recognized outstanding achievement in television programming and crafts since 1974, honoring work in a variety of categories, including daytime dramas, talk shows, instructional programming, hosting, culinary and legal/courtroom programs. This year marks the debut of several new categories, including Outstanding Culinary Cultural Series, Outstanding Emerging Talent in a Daytime Drama Series and Outstanding Regional Content in a Daytime Genre. Deborah Norville, the longest-serving female anchor in American television history, will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award that night.
The 52nd Annual Daytime Emmy(R) Awards will be a single ceremony in 2025 and will be produced by NATAS Productions LLC. Adam Sharp and Lisa Armstrong are executive producers, with Rachel Schwartz serving as Head of the Daytime Emmy Awards. The firm of Lutz & Carr, LLP, provides accounting services for the competition.

Mario Lopez is a constant presence on the pop culture scene with a legion of fans across the board. Actor, producer and Emmy-winning host, Lopez's prolific career has made him one of the most sought-after personalities in entertainment today. Lopez became a household name as 'A.C. Slater' on the hit 90's teen series, "Saved By The Bell," and he starred in, as well as served as a producer on the wildly popular "Saved By The Bell" reboot on Peacock.
