Pamela's Cooking with Love

Episode 101 | Pamela and Chef Gregory Gourdet - Sept. 20 at 9 a.m. ET

Award-winning chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Gregory Gourdet arrives at Pamela's kitchen to help her cook up a Haitian-inspired meal to impress her family and friends at a special dinner party. Eager to learn something new, Pamela embraces exciting spice blends with Gregory's signature jerk cauliflower recipe and raids the bounty of her garden to make legim, a savory vegetable stew that is the ultimate Haitian comfort food. The menu is balanced with a sweet and vibrant watermelon salad, decadent coconut cream corn and Pamela's biggest challenge - her first pineapple upside-down cake topped with to-die-for cashew vanilla ice cream.

Episode 102 | Pamela and Chef Gabe Kennedy - Sept. 27 at 9 a.m. ET

Acclaimed chef, restaurateur and entrepreneur Gabe Kennedy joins Hollywood icon Pamela Anderson in her kitchen on Vancouver Island, B.C., to share their mutual passion for adventurous, delicious soil-to-table cuisine. Together, they create a unique menu for a special picnic with Pamela's family and friends that includes the main attraction - a jaw-dropping lion's mane mushroom sandwich topped with a vibrant and crunchy cabbage and apple slaw. Gabe teaches Pamela the art of the galette, a free-form pie, with delectable, sweet pear and savory tomato options.

Episode 103 | Pamela and Chef Nancy Silverton - Oct. 4 at 9 a.m. ET

What happens when two icons get together to cook a meal? Magic. Hollywood icon Pamela Anderson and culinary superstar, chef and cookbook author Nancy Silverton cook up an amazing meal together, elevating vegetables to showstopper status for a dinner party with Pamela's family and friends. Pamela wants to learn from the best, and Nancy does not disappoint, creating a menu of new and delicious recipes for Pamela to make her own. Roasted cabbage with a caraway-Dijon vinaigrette, cauliflower with raisins and capers, a vibrant twist on panzanella salad and Nancy's famous "fettunta" - elevated garlic bread - make up the flavorful, elegant and approachable menu.

Episode 104 | Pamela and Chef Andy Baraghani - Oct. 11 at 9 a.m. ET

Pamela invites chef and best-selling cookbook author Andy Baraghani to join her in preparing a fresh, flavorful and approachable meal for a casual al fresco dinner party with family and friends. Pamela learns all the tips for making charred eggplant with tahini sauce, a robust pasta dish with pistachio pesto, a crunchy and tangy fennel salad and a delicious new twist on olive oil cake.

Episode 105 | Pamela and Chef Michael Solomonov - Oct. 18 at 9 a.m. ET

Acclaimed chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and five-time James Beard Award winner Michael Solomonov brings complex and vibrant flavors of the Middle East to Pamela's kitchen on Vancouver Island. Keen to learn about exciting spice blends and new cooking techniques, Pamela dives into the ambitious but approachable menu featuring next-level hummus and fluffy pita bread from scratch, saucy stuffed peppers, freekeh pilaf in a tagine, charcoal-grilled portobello mushrooms and a stunning, light coconut custard that has Pamela's dinner party guests begging for more.

Episode 106 | Pamela and Chef Claudette Zepeda - Oct. 25 at 9 a.m. ET

Chef, restaurateur and champion of authentic Mexican cuisine Claudette Zepeda joins Hollywood icon Pamela Anderson for a culinary journey through classic recipes. Claudette is known for her fierce and creative style in the kitchen, and she and Pamela share their love of cooking, family, fresh ingredients and never shying away from a challenge. Claudette teaches Pamela how to make blue corn masa tortillas from scratch, braised chard and mole tamales, potato and pea-stuffed tetelas and a sweet corn cream custard with figs and almond crumble. Celebrating family recipes and the women in their lives, Pamela and Claudette share their Mexican feast with Pamela's mother, Carol, and her sons' girlfriends, Lily and Paula.

Episode 107 | Pamela and Chef David Zilber - Nov. 1 at 9 a.m. ET

Pamela Anderson loves to cook and entertain, and nothing says summer like a backyard BBQ. However, barbecue fare is not typically vegetable-forward, so she invites acclaimed chef, author and food scientist David Zilber to help her take a vegan BBQ menu from humdrum to yum. Known as the "fermentation guy," Pamela soaks up all David's tips and tricks. Together, they plan an extraordinary summer BBQ, with every dish featuring some level of fermentation - fungi, mold or microbes - in the most delicious, transformative and purposeful ways. On the menu: quinoa tempeh burgers, David's famous pickles, hot sauce from fermented peppers, corn on the cob with smoked olive oil and a refreshing watermelon granita with preserved lime.

Episode 108 | Pamela and Chef Melissa King - Nov. 8 at 9 a.m. ET

Hollywood icon Pamela Anderson and chef and culinary judge Melissa King are kindred spirits in the kitchen. Both have fond childhood memories of learning to cook with family and have maintained that passion for food and learning. Melissa brings her signature style of infusing modern Californian cuisine with Asian flavors, and Pamela can't wait to learn new recipes, explore ingredient combinations and master new techniques. Together, they create the perfect dinner party for Pamela's family and friends, hoping to impress her kids, Brandon and Dylan, and her parents, Barry and Carol, with a feast of mushroom congee, Kung Pao snap pea stir-fry, tofu and cabbage-stuffed dumplings with a delectable dipping sauce, the lightest and crunchiest salt and pepper vegetable tempura and a decadent, uniquely tropical coconut and yuzu olive oil cake.

Got It From My Momma

Episode 101 | Meet Thomas Rhett's Momma, Paige Lankford - Nov. 15 at 9 a.m. ET

I've always loved soaking up advice from other moms who I think just do it well. And now, having two kids working in the music industry, I need all the advice I can get. My conversation with country music artist Thomas Rhett's mom, Paige, was so much fun. She was my very first guest on Got It From My Momma when my son Conner was on tour with Thomas Rhett. I really appreciated Paige being so vulnerable in this conversation, and you're going to love hearing her stories - from having Thomas Rhett at only 19 years old to sharing why she didn't want him to go into music. And of course, we talk about the early days of the love story that everyone's in love with - Thomas and his wife, Lauren.

Episode 102 | Meet Helen Smallbone - Nov. 16 at 9 a.m. ET

Helen Smallbone's story inspired so many people when the 2024 movie Unsung Hero was released. Mother to Christian music artists Rebecca St. James, as well as Joel and Luke from For King & Country, there are parts of this family's journey that are truly unbelievable. But God's faithfulness along the way isn't. I have no doubt this family's story will inspire you, because just before we began, Helen prayed the most beautiful prayer for the friends who would watch and hear this conversation.

Episode 103 | Meet Mookie Betts' Momma, Diana Collins - Nov. 22 at 9 a.m. ET

Diana Collins is the mother of LA Dodger and MLB All-Star Mookie Betts. Just his initials alone set the stage for today's conversation. Mookie's momma was dreaming big for her son when she and his dad chose the name Markus Lynn Betts, so his initials would be MLB. From a young age, Mookie's momma nurtured his love for the game, and when he was so small and no one selected him to play in the local rec league, Diana Collins coached the team herself.

Episode 104 | Meet Kelsea Ballerini's Momma, Carla Denham - Nov. 23 at 9 a.m. ET

One of my favorite parts of getting to have these inspiring conversations with mothers is the friends I've made along the way, and Carla Denham and I were fast friends after sharing a very special conversation about her daughter, country superstar Kelsea Ballerini. And what a year Kelsea has had - a new album, a cross-country tour, tapped to be a judge on The Voice and nominated for Entertainer of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards. In this episode, you'll get to know Kelsea pretty well from the unique perspective of someone who's had a front-row seat to it all - Kelsea's momma!

Episode 105 | Meet Duck Dynasty's Korie Robertson - Nov. 29 at 9 a.m. ET

For 11 seasons, millions of people watched the reality TV show Duck Dynasty and fell in love with the Robertson family. In fact, the show is back as Duck Dynasty: The Revival. I loved getting to talk with Korie Robertson about motherhood and the beautiful ministry that she and her daughter Sadie have built. We talked about life behind the scenes of their popular reality show and how this family stays true to themselves and their faith while impacting so many people under a bright spotlight.

Episode 106 | Meet Momma Gronk - Nov. 30 at 9 a.m. ET

The odds of a college athlete making it into the pros is 1.6%. Isn't that crazy? What's even crazier is that Diane Gronkowski gave birth to five boys - and all five played in the pros (one in MLB and four in the NFL), including fan favorite Rob Gronkowski, aka "The Gronk." Fans love hearing how "Diane did it" so much that she wrote a book titled Outnumbered. In this episode, hear firsthand just how she did it in my conversation with Momma Gronk, Diane Gronkowski.

Episode 107 | Meet Lauren Alaina's Momma, Kristy White - Dec. 6 at 9 a.m. ET

It's not hard to see what country music artist and American Idol winner Lauren Alaina got from her momma - they are so similar in looks and personality, and I loved this conversation. Kristy White and her daughter Lauren have been on quite the journey together. Kristy traveled with Lauren on the bus for the first three years after Lauren won American Idol. She walked with her daughter through some dark days, including Lauren's battle with bulimia, which Kristy openly shares in this conversation in hopes of helping other mothers be proactive. Kristy and I grew up about 15 minutes from each other outside of Chattanooga, Tenn., so this one was a lot of fun!

Episode 108 | Meet Comedian Leanne Morgan - Dec. 7 at 9 a.m. ET

One of my friends describes Leanne Morgan as a national treasure, and I have to agree! With her Southern sass and dazzling charm, this top-selling female comedian has won the hearts of women and moms everywhere. In addition to her comedy special and all-new series, she had a supporting role in a movie this past year and released her first book. But my favorite part of Leanne's story is how she didn't take the brave step to begin a career in comedy until she was 50 years old. It's never too late, right?

Episode 109 | Meet Matthew West's Momma, Sharon West - Dec. 13 at 9 a.m. ET

Matthew West is one of Christian music's most popular artists. He's had multiple Grammy nominations and received countless awards. He's written some of the biggest songs in both country and Christian music, and I love that he was raised by a prayer warrior of a mom in Sharon West. She's our guest on today's episode, and I learned so much from her about raising sons, being a good mother-in-law and how to be an intentional and engaged grandparent. As you watch this episode, you'll definitely see where Matthew's storytelling ability comes from.

Episode 110 | Meet Linda Davis, Momma of Lady A's Hillary Scott - Dec. 14 at 9 a.m. ET

This episode is the first time I've shared the couch with a Grammy Award winner. Country music artist Linda Davis still tours today, and she won that Grammy for a song I bet you remember - the duet with Reba McEntire, "Does He Love You." But the title Linda is most proud of is Mom. She's momma to two girls - Lady A's Hillary Scott and her younger daughter, Riley Jean.
