OWN ANNOUNCES TWO NEW IYANLA VANZANT SPECIALS AFTER #1 PREMIERE AMONG AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN FOR THE UNSCRIPTED ORIGINAL "IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX"

Los Angeles, CA - Following the highly anticipated launch and rollout of IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX, OWN is celebrating a massive win. The series has resonated strongly with viewers nationwide, delivering an impressive performance and solidifying the show as a new Saturday night destination for Black women and audiences seeking meaningful, transformational content.

In response to strong audience engagement and OWN's status as the top cable network among African American women on Saturdays, the network announced today it has greenlit two new television specials featuring beloved spiritual life coach and Emmy winner Iyanla Vanzant.

Production on the specials will begin this March, as Ms. Vanzant sits down with people who are in crisis in front of a live studio audience. Each special will dive deep into the heart of community and family dynamics, continuing Vanzant's mission to help people "fix" their lives from the inside out.
