THE CW NETWORK TO BROADCAST SIX BANANA BALL GAMES DURING THE 2026 SEASON

The Savannah Bananas Return to The CW on Sunday, May 10 Live from Atlanta, Georgia

Network to Air Additional Banana Ball Games from Kansas City, Milwaukee, Nashville, and Savannah

BURBANK, CA (March 4, 2026) - Following last year's broadcast television debut, The CW Network is growing its partnership with the worldwide sensation Savannah Bananas, announcing today that it will be the exclusive broadcast home of six additional Banana Ball games during the 2026 season. The first game between the Savannah Bananas and the Party Animals will air live on Sunday, May 10 (2:30-5:00 pm ET) from Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. The CW will also air Banana Ball games from Kansas City, Missouri; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Nashville, Tennessee; and the Bananas' home field, Grayson Stadium in Savannah, Georgia.

"We are thrilled to continue our partnership with the Savannah Bananas and bring the hottest ticket in sports directly into living rooms across the country," said Mike Perman, Senior Vice President of Sports, The CW Network. "The dynamic brand of family-friendly entertainment mixed with impressive athleticism makes Banana Ball the perfect fit within our CW Sports portfolio."

Jesse Cole, founder and CEO of the Savannah Bananas, said, "We loved bringing Banana Ball to fans on The CW in 2025. We can't wait to grow our relationship by teaming up on some of our biggest shows in 2026 and delivering the 'Greatest Show in Sports' to millions of fans across the country."

The Savannah Bananas have earned worldwide fame with their one-of-a-kind brand of Banana Ball - the fastest and most entertaining game of baseball. Known for their choreographed dances, epic scoring celebrations, flaming bats, and an array of other antics, the team has sold out every game at their home field, historic Grayson Stadium in Savannah, Georgia, since their inaugural season in 2016. The team currently boasts over 11 million followers on TikTok, outnumbering every franchise in Major League Baseball (as well as every team in the NFL, NBA, and NHL). The Bananas have been featured on ESPN, CNN, and CBS News, and in Sports Illustrated.

In 2026, the Banana Ball Championship League was formed including the addition of two new teams, the Loco Beach Coconuts and the Indianapolis Clowns, to compete alongside the Bananas, Party Animals, Texas Tailgaters and Firefighters. Banana Ball will visit 75 stadiums and 45 states throughout the 2026 season.
