THE HISTORY CHANNEL(TM) GREENLIGHTS NEW NONFICTION SERIES "CRIME AND JUSTICE WITH TOM SELLECK" (WORKING TITLE)

HOSTED BY TOM SELLECK THE SERIES EXPLORES THE TRUE STORIES BEHIND SOME OF THE MOST CONSEQUENTIAL CRIMES AND INVESTIGATIONS IN AMERICAN HISTORY AND THE LAWMEN WHO BROUGHT THEM TO JUSTICE

New York, NY - March 4, 2026 - The HISTORY Channel(TM) has greenlit the new nonfiction series "Crime and Justice with Tom Selleck" (working title), hosted, narrated, and executive produced by award-winning actor Tom Selleck ("Magnum P.I.," "Blue Bloods") and produced by A+E Factual Studios(TM) group. The 10-episode, one-hour series examines the true stories behind some of the most consequential crimes and investigations in American history, tracing the enduring battle between law and lawlessness - and the lawmen who ultimately brought some of the nation's most dangerous criminals to justice.

"Throughout my career, I've been drawn to stories about consequences and the pursuit of justice," said Tom Selleck. "This series looks at real cases from across American history and the people tasked with seeing them through - moments when the pressure was intense, the outcome uncertain, and the decisions carried lasting consequences."

"Tom has long brought credibility and insight to stories about law and justice," said Eli Lehrer, Executive Vice President and Head of Programming for The HISTORY Channel. "That background makes him a natural partner for this project. We're pleased to be working with Tom on a series that looks at real crimes, real investigations, and the people responsible for upholding the law when the stakes were highest."

From the dusty streets of the Old West to the high-tech manhunts of today, "Crime and Justice with Tom Selleck" (w.t.) examines moments when law enforcement faced long odds and was forced to adapt in order to prevail. Guided by Selleck - whose career has long reflected American grit and responsibility - the series takes viewers inside real investigations, standoffs, and takedowns that upheld the law and helped shape the nation's understanding of justice.

"Crime and Justice with Tom Selleck" (w.t.) is produced for The HISTORY Channel(TM) by A+E Factual StudiosTM group. Steve Ascher and Matt Pearl are executive producers for A+E Factual Studios. David Carr serves as executive producer and showrunner. Tom Selleck serves as an executive producer. Executive producers for The HISTORY Channel are Eli Lehrer and Jim Pasquarella.
