May 21, 2026 - Paramount+ announced that Scream 7, the latest chapter in the iconically terrifying meta-horror film series, will arrive on Paramount+ on Thursday, May 28 in The United States and Canada. Scream 7 is directed by Kevin Williamson, screenwriter of the original 1996 Scream film, with a screenplay by Kevin Williamson and Guy Busick and a story by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick.

· SYNOPSIS: When a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target. Determined to protect her family, Sidney must face the horrors of her past to put an end to the bloodshed once and for all.
