FOX ONE TO LIVE STREAM IROC PRESENTED BY CHEVROLET AS PART OF FOX SPORTS' COVERAGE OF HISTORIC FREEDOM 250 WEEKEND IN WASHINGTON, D.C.
FOX INDYCAR Analysts Townsend Bell and James Hinchcliffe are Joined by FOX NASCAR Analyst Clint Bowyer in the Booth for the Exhibition Races
Four-Time NASCAR Cup Series Champion and NASCAR Hall of Famer Jeff Gordon to Deliver In-Car Commentary
LOS ANGELES - As part of the historic Freedom 250 race weekend in Washington, D.C., FOX One, Fox Corporation's (Nasdaq: FOXA, FOX; "FOX" or the "Company") wholly-owned direct to consumer streaming service, will live stream apair of IROC By Chevrolet exhibition events on Saturday, Aug. 22, beginning at 3:00 PM ET. The events will be produced by FOX Sports.
The races bring together legendary names from NASCAR and INDYCAR, including Jeff Gordon, Kurt Busch, Rusty Wallace, Bobby Labonte, Bill Elliott, Helio Castroneves, Tony Kanaan and Dario Franchitti, all piloting authentic historic IROC Pontiac Firebirds.
FOX INDYCAR analysts Townsend Bell and James Hinchcliffe are joined by FOX NASCAR analyst Clint Bowyer to call the races. Gordon, a NASCAR Hall of Famer and former FOX NASCAR broadcaster, will serve as an in-race reporter from the cockpit of his entry. Reporting from pit lane are Jack Harvey and Jamie Little.
FS1 will re-air the race action on Sunday, Aug. 23, at 10:00 AM ET.
In addition to Sunday's race, FOX One will provide additional streams on Saturday, Aug. 22: IROC Practice 1 (10:40 AM ET) and IROC Practice 2 (12:25 PM ET).
The highly anticipated Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C., NTT INDYCAR SERIES race airs Sunday, Aug. 23(1:00 PM ET on FOX and FOX One).
