Monday's Broadcast Ratings: NBC, "The Voice" Hold Onto Top Spots

Here are the highlights of the 14 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (12/9/19):

NBC (6.298 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.9, #1) held off the competition on Monday with new episodes of "The Voice" (8.156 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #1) and "Making It" (2.582 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T8).

ABC (4.384 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.8, #2) was a close second with originals from "The Great Christmas Light Fight" (4.719 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.8, #4), another "The Great Christmas Light Fight" (4.454 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T2) and a repeat "The Good Doctor" (3.980 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T5).

Next up was CBS (5.241 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.6, #3) with new episodes of "The Neighborhood" (6.129 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T2), "Bob (Hearts) Abishola" (5.948 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T5) and "All Rise" (5.228 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T8) followed by a repeat "Bull" (4.456 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.4, #11).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.630 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4) offered up a special "Beat Shazam" (1.998 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T8), night two of "The Moodys" (1.327 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T12) and another "The Moodys" (1.196 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T12).And finally, The CW (1.294 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T4) closed out the night with part two of its crossover on "Batwoman" (1.685 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.6, #7) and the fall finale of "Black Lightning" (0.903 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T12).

Meanwhile, The CW (1.578 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.6, #4) got a boost from the fall finales to "Arrow" (2.043 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T7) and "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" (1.113 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.5/4; "Late Show," 0.4/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.1/4 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.2/5. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.4/3 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2.

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
