ABC ranked No. 1 during the week August 28, 2006 among Adults 18-49 (2.2/7 � tied).

� ABC attracted its largest audience (6.3 million) and matched its highest Adults 18-49 performance (2.2/7) in 11 weeks among viewers and young adults, its second-strongest week this summer � best since the week of 6/12/06, when the Net aired 3 games of the 2006 NBA Finals.

� For the second week in a row, ABC was over the same week last summer. Versus the same week last summer (w/o 08/29/05), ABC was up by 11% in Total Viewers (6.3 million vs. 5.7 million) and by 10% among Adults 18-49 (2.2/7 vs. 2.0/6). ABC was the only broadcast network to grow over the same week last summer among Adults 18-49.

Rankings: ABC aired 3 of the Top 10 TV programs of the week in the key Adult 18-49 sales demographic: �Saturday Night Football� � No. 8 and �20/20 Special� and �Wife Swap-MON 9P� � tied at No. 10. �Saturday Night Football� ranked as the No. 2 program of the week among Adults 18-34, while ranking as the No. 1 program among Men 18-49 and Men 25-54. Furthermore, �Wife Swap-MON 9P� ranked as the No. 2 program of the week Women 18-34 and Women 18-49, behind only Fox�s telecast of an original �Prison Break.� ABC News claimed TV�s Top 2 newsmagazine telecasts of the week among Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54 (�20/20 Special� and �Primetime: The Outsiders�).

Monday

For the second week in a row, ABC�s all-repeat lineup delivered its best Monday night performance this summer across each of the key adult demographics [Adults 18-34 (2.5/7), Adults 18-49 (2.6/7) and Adults 25-54 (22.8/7)] with non-sports programming.

�Wife Swap� (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Building on its lead-in, the 9:00 p.m. episode of �Wife Swap� earned the series� best numbers of the summer in Total Viewers (6.8 million) and across all the key adult demos: [Adults 18-34 (2.9/8), Adults 18-49 (2.9/7) and Adults 25-54 (3.2/7)]. In addition, the unscripted series delivered the Network�s strongest non-sports performance in the hour this summer in all four Nielsen measures.

� From the first half-hour to the second half-hour, ABC�s repeat �Wife Swap� increased by 7% among Adults 18-49 (2.8/7 to 3.0/8), while Fox�s original �Vanished� lost 9% of its young adult viewers (3.2/8 to 2.9/7), as �Wife Swap� led the 9:30 p.m. half-hour.

� ABC�s repeat �Wife Swap� won the hour among Adults 18-34 (2.9/8) and across each of the key women demographics [Women 18-34 (4.2/11), Women 18-49 (4.0/10) and Women 25-54 (4.2/9)], beating the second episode of Fox�s original �Vanished.�

�Supernanny� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

A repeat �Supernanny� took second place in the hour in both Total Viewers (6.0 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.5/7), while winning the hour among Adults 18-34 (2.4/7). In all three measures, �Supernanny� posted the Net�s strongest non-sports numbers in the time period this summer.

Tuesday

�Primetime: The Outsiders� (10:01-11:00 p.m.)

For the second consecutive week, ABC News� �Primetime: The Outsiders� delivered ABC�s highest numbers in the hour this summer in Total Viewers (7.8 million) and across each of the key adult demographics: Adults 18-34 (1.9/6), Adults 18-49 (2.6/7) and Adults 25-54 (3.2/8).

� In its third telecast, �Primetime: The Outsiders� saw increases from the prior week�s performance 1.1 million viewers (7.8 million vs. 6.7 million), by 13% among Adults 18-49 (2.6/7 vs. 2.3/7) and by 14% among Adults 25-54 (3.2/7 vs. 2.8/7).

Wednesday

�George Lopez� (8:30-9:00 p.m.)

A repeat �George Lopez� scored the Net�s strongest numbers in the half-hour this summer in Total Viewers (5.3 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.1/7). In addition, the sitcom drew its largest audience of the summer and matched its summer best among young adults.

�20/20� (9:00-11:00 p.m.)

The ABC News� special, �20/20: Last Days on Earth with Elizabeth Vargas,� ranked No. 1 in its 2-hour time period among Adults 18-49 (2.9/8 - tied) and Adults 25-54 (3.4/9 - tied). In addition, the newsmagazine registered the Net�s highest summer ratings in the time period in both adult demos in over a year � since 7/13/05.

Friday

ABC won Friday night among Adults 18-49 (1.7/6).

�Kyle XY� (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

The broadcast replay of the season finale of the �Kyle XY� produced the show�s largest audience (4.3 million) and strongest Adults 18-49 rating (1.3/8) in 5 weeks � since 7/28/06.

� During the course of its 10-week run on ABC, �Kyle XY� ranked No. 1 in the time slot across each of the key women demographics [Women 18-34 (1.2/5 � tied), Women 18-49 (1.6/5 � tied) and Women 25-54 (1.9/6 � tied)], on average.

� �Kyle XY� improved its time period for ABC over the same point last year by 5% in Total Viewers (4.1 million vs. 3.9 million), by 50% in Teens 12-17 (1.2/5 vs. 0.8/4) and by 29% in Kids 2-11 (0.9/4 vs. 0.7/3).

�20/20� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC News� �20/20� took the Network to the top spot in the final hour of primetime in Total Viewers (6.4 million) and across each of the key adult demographics: Adults 18-34 (1.5/6), Adults 18-49 (2.1/7) and Adults 25-54 (2.5/7).

� �20/20� led its time period among Adults 18-49 for the 9th consecutive week.

� �20/20� was the top program of the night in Total Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54.

Saturday

�Saturday Night Football: Notre Dame at Georgia Tech� (8:00-11:00 p.m.)

With the season premiere of �Saturday Night Football,� between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, ABC won the night in Total Viewers (8.2 million) and across each of the key adult demographics: Adults 18-34 (3.0/13), Adults 18-49 (2.8/11) and Adults 25-54 (2.9/10).

� ABC�s �Saturday Night Football� drew the Net�s largest audience and highest Adults 18-49 delivery in the night in nearly 5 months � since 4/15/06. In addition, the college match-up drew ABC�s highest ratings on the night in 9 months (since 1/07/06) across each of the key men demographics: Men 18-34 (4.1/18), Men 18-49 (4.0/15) and Men 25-54 (4.2/14).

� ABC was up by 3.7 million viewers (8.2 million vs. 4.5 million) and by 115% among Adults 18-49 (2.8/11 vs. 1.3/5) compared to the same night last year (9/3/05).

Sunday

�America�s Funniest Home Videos� (7:00-8:00 p.m.)

A repeat of �America�s Funniest Home Videos� attracted 5.6 million viewers and a 1.6 rating, 6 share among Adults 18-49, ranking No. 1 in key young adult demo (tied). In addition, the video clip show ranked No. 1 among Women 18-34 (1.1/5 � tied), Women 18-49 (1.6/7 � tied) and Kids 2-11 (1.1/6).

�Grey�s Anatomy� (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

A rebroadcast of ABC�s �Grey�s Anatomy� won the final hour of primetime among Adults 18-34 (1.9/7). For the fifth straight telecast, the drama led the 10 o�clock hour across all key women demographics: Women 18-34 (2.6/9), Women 18-49 (3.0/9) and Women 25-54 (3.5/9).
