CBS WEEKLY RATINGS HIGHLIGHTS

"Two and a Half Men" Posts Its Second Best Deliveries of the Season in Viewers and Key Demographics

"Rules of Engagement" Posts Week-to-Week Increases in Viewers, Adults 25-54 and Retains 100% of Its Adult 18-49 Rating

"CSI: NY" Tops "Lost" In Viewers for the Third Consecutive Week

"Shark" Inching Closer to "ER" in Key Demos-Finishing Just -0.2 of a Rating Point Behind in Adults 18-49

CBS's weekly highlights, according to Nielsen Live Plus same-day ratings for the week ending Feb. 25, week 23 of the 2006-2007 television season.

For the week in viewers, CBS (11.19m), FOX (14.95m), ABC (13.03m) and NBC (7.95m). Season to date in viewers, CBS (13.05m) is first followed by ABC (10.14m), FOX (9.68m) and NBC (9.62m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged a 4.1/10 in adults 25-54 and 3.2/08 in adults 18-49. Season to date, CBS is first in both adults 18-49 (3.9/11) and adults 25-54 (4.9/12).

For the week in households, CBS (7.2/11), FOX (8.7/14), ABC (8.1/13)and NBC (5.2/08). Season-to-date, CBS is first in households (8.2/13), outpacing ABC by +26% (6.5/11), NBC by +32% (6.2/10) and FOX by +37% (6.0/10).

? TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (10.4/15), viewers (16.56m), adults 25-54 (6.7/14) and second in adults 18-49 (5.3/12). This is TWO AND A HALF MEN's second best delivery this season in households, viewers and adults 18-49, matches the second best adults 25-54 performance.

? RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was first in households (8.9/13), in a virtual tie for first in viewers (13.86m, -0.05m behind NBC), second in adults 25-54 (6.1/13). Compared to last week, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was up +3% in households (from 8.6/12), +2% in adults 25-54 (from 6.0/13), retained 100% of last week's adults 18-49 (4.9/11) delivery and added +430,000 viewers (from 13.43m, +3%).

? CSI: MIAMI was first in households (12.2/20), viewers (19.23m), adults 25-54 (7.4/18) and adults 18-49 (5.9/15). This is CSI: MIAMI's second best viewer delivery this season, just behind last week's 19.90m viewers.

? CSI: NY was first in households (9.0/15), viewers (13.68m), topping "Lost" for the third consecutive week and second in adults 25-54 (4.9/12), adults 18-49 (3.9/10) and adults 18-34 (2.7/08).

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was second in households (13.0/19), viewers (21.78m), adults 25-54 (8.3/18), adults 18-49 (6.8/16) and adults 18-34 (4.7/12).

? SHARK was second behind ABC's "Oprah Winfrey Oscar Special" in households (9.1/15), viewers (14.19m) and adults 25-54 (5.1/13). For the second week in a row, SHARK finished in its closest competitive position to a first-run "ER" in adults 18-49 (-0.2 rtg pts, 3.9/10 vs. 4.1/11). SHARK started the season -2.7 rating points behind "ER" in adults 18-49.

-- Friday, CBS was first in households (6.8/12), viewers (10.22m), adults 25-54 (3.7/10) and adults 18-49 (2.7/08). CBS was first in every half-hour in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and five of six in adults 18-49.

? GHOST WHISPERER won its time period in households (6.4/11), viewers (9.54m), adults 25-54 (3.7/11) and adults 18-49 (2.8/09).

? CLOSE TO HOME was first in households (6.8/12), viewers (10.10m), adults 25-54 (3.3/09) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.5/07, with NBC).

? NUMB3RS was first in households (7.3/13), viewers (11.02m), adults 25-54 (4.2/11) and adults 18-49 (3.0/09).

? THE AMAZING RACE: ALL-STARS was second in households (4.9/07), viewers (8.17m) and adults 25-54 (3.5/07). Against the Academy Awards programming on ABC, THE AMAZING RACE retained 94% of last week's premiere adults 18-49 delivery (2.9/06 from 3.1/08) and built on the adults 18-34 performance (2.1/05 from 1.9/05) by +11%.
