The Season Finale of "Cold Case" Delivers its Highest Across-the-Board Ratings Since March

"Two and a Half Men" and "The King of Queens" Are the Week's Top Comedies in Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54

"Criminal Minds" is Wednesday's #1 Scripted Program

CBS placed first in viewers with 11 of the week's top 20 programs -- more than the other networks combined -- according to Nielsen Live Plus same-day ratings for the week ending May 6, week 33 of the 2006-2007 television season.

For the week in viewers, CBS (11.25m) was ahead of ABC (10.71m), FOX (10.13m) and NBC (7.50m). Season-to-date in viewers, CBS (12.54m) is first, followed by FOX (10.29m), ABC (9.83m) and NBC (8.99m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged a 4.0/11 in adults 25-54 and 3.1/09 in adults 18-49. Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.7/12) and second in adults 18-49 (3.7/10).

For the week in households, CBS (7.3/12) finished +4% ahead of ABC (7.0/12), +20% ahead of FOX (6.1/10) and +49% ahead of NBC (4.9/08). Season-to-date, CBS is first in households (7.9/13), outpacing ABC and FOX by +25% (6.3/10, each) and NBC by +36% (5.8/09).

? CRIMINAL MINDS was second in households (8.5/13), viewers (13.28m), adults 25-54 (4.6/11) and adults 18-49 (3.5/09), all behind the one-hour "American Idol" and was the night's most watched scripted program. This is CRIMINAL MINDS's best delivery in these measures since March 21, 2007

? CSI: NY was first in households (8.5/14), viewers (13.00m), second in adults 25-54 (4.7/11) and adults 18-49 (3.8/10). This is CSI: NY's best delivery in these measures since March 21, 2007.

? SURVIVOR: FIJI was first in households (8.2/14), viewers (13.74m), adults 25-54 (5.7/16) and adults 18-49 (4.6/14).

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was second in households (11.7/18), viewers (19.03m), adults 25-54 (7.1/17) and adults 18-49 (5.6/14).
