Tuesday

With premieres of "Shaq's Big Challenge" and "Primetime: Family Secrets," ABC's lineup finished second on the night among Adults 18-49 (1.8/5).

"Shaq's Big Challenge" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

Building on its lead-in by 22% in viewers (4.5 million vs. 3.7 million) and by 20% in young adults (1.8/5 vs. 1.5/5), the series premiere of "Shaq's Big Challenge" also increased its Total Viewers (4.2 million to 4.7 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.7/5 to 1.9/5) audiences from its first to its second half-hour.

"Primetime: Family Secrets" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

In the final hour of primetime, the premiere of ABC News' "Primetime: Family Secrets" finished second in its time-slot, beating its CBS newsmagazine competition, "48 Hours Mysteries," across each of the key adult demographics: Adults 18-34 (1.4/5 vs. 0.9/3), Adults 18-49 (2.1/6 vs. 1.7/5) and Adults 25-54 (2.4/6 vs. 2.2/6).

� "Primetime: Family Secrets" improved ABC's performance in the hour by 1.1 million viewers (5.8 million vs. 4.7 million) and by 62% in Adults 18-49 (2.1/6 vs. 1.3/4) compared to the same night last year (6/27/06).

� "Primetime: Family Secrets" ranked as the No. 1 newsmagazine of the week in both Adults 18-49 (2.1/6 � tied) and Adults 25-54 (2.4/6 � tied).

Wednesday

"The Next Best Thing" (Wednesday 8:00-9:00 p.m.)

ABC's "The Next Best Thing" placed second in the hour in both Total Viewers (7.2 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.3/8). The program posted week-to-week increases of 1.0 million viewers and 10% in Adults 18-49 (6.2 million & 2.0/7 on 06/20/07).

� "The Next Best Thing" has improved ABC's performance in the hour over the same nights last year (5/31 � 6/28/06) by 3.0 million viewers (7.2 vs. 4.2 million) and by 53% in Adults 18-49 (2.3/8 vs. 1.5/5).

"American Inventor" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

ABC's "American Inventor" was up by 7% in Total Viewers (6.5 million vs. 6.1 million) and by 10% in Adults 18-49 (2.3/7 vs. 2.1/6) over its performance the previous week.

Friday

"20/20" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC News' "20/20," with its segment on going inside the criminal's mind, won its hour and ranked as the top program of the evening in Adults 18-49 (1.8/6) for the second week in a row.

Saturday

ABC's Saturday evening line-up featuring "The Wonderful World of Disney: The Haunted Mansion" and an encore of "American's Funniest Home Videos" took second on the night among Adults 18-49 (1.3/5). The Net led the night among Women 18-49 (1.4/6), Teens 12-17 (1.4/7) and Kids 2-11 (1.3/7).

Sunday

"America's Funniest Home Videos" (7:00-8:00 p.m.)

ABC's repeat airing of "America's Funniest Home Videos" won the opening hour of Sunday's prime across all key adults demographics [Adults 18-34 (1.3/5), Adults 18-49 (1.7/6) and Adults 25-54 (2.0/7)] and Kids 2-11 (1.3/7).

"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" (8:00-9:00 p.m.)

A rebroadcast of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" finished second in its hour across each of the key women demographics: Women 18-34 (1.8/6), Women 18-49 (2.4/8) and Women 25-54 (2.7/8), while leading its hour among Kids 2-11 (1.5/7). In fact, the unscripted program ranked as the No. 1 program of the night among Kids 2-11.
