NEW YORK August 22, 2007 Bravo's "Flipping Out" fourth episode set a season high across all key demographics total viewers, 25-54 and the coveted 18-49 demographic, according to Nielsen Media Research. Last night's installment boasted an incredible 72 percent increase in adults 18-49 (656,000 vs. 381,000), a whopping 97 percent increase in adults 25-54 (628,000 vs. 319,000) and a 68 percent increase in total viewers (830,000 vs. 494,000), compared to the prior week's airing.

www.BravoTV.com's "Flipping Out" microsite is hugely popular. Since the launch of the series (7/31/07), the site has generated over 710,000 page views, nearly 100,000 unique visitors, and over 154,000 videos streamed, with fans checking out blogs from house flipper Jeff Lewis and his staff and added video extras.

VH-1's "Best Week Ever" called "Flipping Out" "the best reality show of the summer," and Jeff Lewis has been called "the Larry David of Reality TV" by Salon.com. Viewers are tuning in to see Lewis and his colorful employees each week tackle the ever changing Los Angeles real estate market. In last night's episode, property-rich and cash-poor Lewis relies on his powers of negotiation to keep his projects afloat as he pits potential buyers against each other and struggles to keep his contractors in line. Also, a visit with Lewis's wheeler-dealer father, a successful Long Beach developer, reveals just how far the apple falls from the tree.

Next week's episode airing on August 28th at 10 PM ET/PT, Lewis struggles to finalize two desperately needed deals even as he dreams of expanding his operation to exotic Palm Springs. Lewis's staff lets loose with the boss out of town.
