GOSSIP GIRL Wins the Hour with Teens and Female Teens; GOSSIP GIRL Tops �Bionic Woman� in Women 18-34 for the First Time

The CW Ranks Second on Wednesday in Women 18-34; Wins the Night in Teens and More than Doubles its Closest Competitor in Female Teens

October 18, 2007 (Burbank, CA) -AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL again kicked off The CW's Wednesday by winning the 8-9:00 p.m. hour in women 18-34 (4.3/13), teens (2.4/8) and female teens (4.4/15), and placed second among adults 18-34 (2.8/9) and women 18-49 (3.7/10), behind only ABC, according to Live Plus Same Day Nielsen ratings for Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007. TOP MODEL also tied with FOX for third among adults 18-49 (2.5/7).

GOSSIP GIRL continued to win its time period in teens (1.8/6) and female teens (3.1/11). GOSSIP GIRL also beat NBC's �Bionic Woman� in women 18-34 (2.6/7) for the first time.

TOP MODEL and GOSSIP GIRL combined to lift The CW to second on Wednesday night in women 18-34 (3.4/9), behind only ABC. The CW was Wednesday's #1 network with teens (2.1/7) and female teens (3.8/13). The CW more than doubled its nearest competitor in female teens on Wednesday night.
