NEW YORK � Nov. 12, 2007 � "NBC SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL," featuring the San Diego Chargers 23-21 victory over the Indianapolis Colts, earned a 12.7/20 overnight rating 8:30-11:45 p.m., the top SNF overnight rating since the Cowboys-Bears match-up in Week 3 (13.7/22).
� NBC SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL was #1 telecast of the night (excluding Fox's NFL overrun, 7:00-7:30 p.m.) and #1 for the time period, beating all competition head-to-head including ABC's DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES. NBC is #1 for the night in the metered markets.
� The rating peaked near the end of the game from 11:30-11:45 at a 15.6/29 as Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri missed a possible game-winning 29-yard FG and the Chargers held on to defeat the Colts 23-21.
