SURVIVOR: MICRONESIA - FANS VS. FAVES continued its time period winning streak and a rebroadcast of NCIS was the #2 scripted drama of the week, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Feb. 17 week 21 of the 2007-2008 television season.

Also during the week, the second season premiere of JERICHO placed first in its time period in both adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 while the broadcast premiere of the premium cable series DEXTER delivered more than 8 million viewers and a 2.3 in adults 18-49, CBS's best performance in the time period since December with regularly scheduled programming.

For the week in viewers: CBS (8.05m), FOX (11.50m), NBC (8.90m) and ABC (6.95m). Season-to-date, CBS is second in viewers (10.98m), behind FOX (11.13m) and ahead of ABC (9.45m) and NBC (8.71m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged a 2.9/07 in adults 25-54 and 2.2/06 in adults 18-49. Season-to-date, CBS is second in adults 25-54 (4.0/10) while averaging a 3.1/08 in adults 18-49.

For the week in households: CBS (5.2/08), FOX (6.7/11), NBC (5.5/09) and ABC (4.4/07). Season-to-date, CBS is first (7.0/11), +8% ahead of FOX (6.5/10), +15% ahead of ABC (6.1/10) and +27% ahead of NBC (5.5/09).

CBS's Weekly Highlights:

? NCIS (R) was solid second behind "American Idol" in households (7.5/11), viewers (11.38m) and adults 25-54 (3.2/07) and was the week's #2 scripted drama, second only to a first run episode of "Lost."

? The second season premiere of JERICHO (P) (4.2/07, 7.09m) was first in adults 25-54 (3.0/07), tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.6/07, with NBC) at 10:00 PM. Compared to this season's regularly scheduled time period programming, JERICHO was up +24% in adults 18-49 (from 2.1/06) and +3% in adults 25-54 (from 2.9/07).

? SURVIVOR: MICRONESIA was first in viewers (13.18m), adults 25-54 (5.5/14), adults 18-49 (4.6/13) and second in households (7.5/12, -0.1 behind NBC).

? DEXTER (P) (9:58-11:00 PM, 5.2/09, 8.21m) posted CBS's best delivery with regularly scheduled Sunday 10PM programming since December 9, 2007 in viewers, adults 25-54 (3.0/07) and adults 18-49 (2.3/06).
