February 21, 2008 (Burbank, CA) - The CW's hit series AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL returned for its 10th cycle in stunning fashion, ranking second in the 8:00-9:00p.m. hour with adults 18-34 (2.5/7), women 18-34 (4.0/10), women 18-49 (2.9/7-tie), teens (2.1/7) and female teens (3.6/11), behind only American Idol, according to preliminary live plus same day Nielsen ratings for Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008.

In fact, the TOP MODEL debut ranked as last night's second highest-rated series among adults 18-34, women 18-34, teens and female teens, behind only American Idol.

TOP MODEL's return scored The CW's best ratings in the Wed. 8:00-9:00p.m. time period across the board since the TOP MODEL 9 finale back on December 12, 2007.

An encore of the PUSSYCAT DOLLS PRESENT: GIRLICIOUS premiere out-performed its original Monday telecast in key young demos, including growth of 10% in adults 18-34 (1.1/3), 7% in women 18-34 (1.6/4), 50% in teens (1.2/4), 83% in female teens (2.2/7) and 6% in viewers (1.9mil).

The GIRLICIOUS encore ranked second among teens (1.2/4-tie) and female teens (2.2/7), and came in third in the hour among women 18-34 (1.6/4), behind Fox and ABC.

Overall, the combination of TOP MODEL and GIRLICIOUS led The CW to second place on Wednesday night among adults 18-34 (1.8/5-tie), women 18-34 (2.8/7), teens (1.7/5) and female teens (2.9/9).
