Oxygen Celebrates "Live Out Loud" Rebrand with Most Successful Quarter Ever

OXYGEN.COM SEES BEST QUARTER EVER WITH A 347% INCREASE VERSUS 2Q07

NEW YORK � July 1, 2008 � Oxygen celebrates is most successful quarter ever in both primetime and total day for W18-34, W18-49, P18- 49 and total viewers. In addition, Oxygen broke records this quarter � with the best season premiere, best series premiere, and Oxygen's most watched telecasts ever for W18-34. This announcement comes off the heels of Oxygen's recent rebrand, which includes a new logo, new tagline and a new attitude: Live Out Loud.

In primetime for second quarter, Oxygen averaged a 0.4 HH coverage rating (up 33% from 2Q07) with 78,000 W18-34 viewers (up 18%), 156,000 W18-49 viewers (up 31%), 216,000 P18-49 viewers (up 34%) and 386,000 total viewers (up 29%). This quarter marks Oxygen's twelfth consecutive quarter of year-to-year growth in primetime among W18-34, W18-49 and P18-49.

For total day in second quarter, Oxygen averaged a 0.3 HH coverage rating (up 50% from 2Q07). This quarter also yielded the network's best ever results on a total day basis among among W18-34, (50,000 up 11%), W18-49, (99,000 up 19%), P18-49 (134,000 up 19%) and total viewers (225,000 up 15%). On a total day basis, Oxygen marks its seventeenth consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth among W18-49, P18-49 and total viewers.

Oxygen's digital properties are also celebrating quarterly successes. Oxygen.com scored its highest quarter ever on page views, posting over 17.6 million this quarter. That is an increase of 347% compared to 2Q2007. Oxygen.com posted its best second quarter ever for video streams, with over 5.6 million video streams, an increase of 205% over 2Q07.

The success this quarter was fueled by Oxygen's original series, The premiere of "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" on June 17 registered the best results ever for a season premiere of a returning Oxygen original series with W18-49, P18-49 and total viewers. "The Bad Girls Club" finished its second season as the most watched season ever for an Oxygen original series. Notably, the May 13 episode was Oxygen's most watched telecast ever among W18-34, Generation O. "Deion & Pilar: Prime Time Love's" premiere on April 15 claimed the largest audience ever for the debut of an Oxygen series. And now in its sixth cycle, "Snapped" remains a key draw for W18-34, W18-49, P18-49 and total viewers.
