CBS TAKES SILVER WITH THE TOP 14 NON-OLYMPIC PROGRAMS OF THE WEEK

"Two and a Half Men" is the Number One Scripted Program in Adults 18-49 for the Ninth Consecutive Week

"Flashpoint" Matches its Series Best Adult 18-49 Rating Opposite Olympic Competition, Posting Week-to-Week Increases in All Categories

"Big Brother 10 Sunday" Also Up Across-the-Board From Last Week

CBS placed second in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 with the Top 14 non-Olympic programs of the week, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Aug. 24, week 48 of the 2007-2008 television year.

TWO AND A HALF MEN was the Number One scripted program in adults 18-49 for the ninth consecutive week, original summer drama FLASHPOINT posted double digit week-to-week percentage increases and matched a series high adult 18-49 rating while BIG BROTHER SUNDAY also notched sizeable week-to-week gains.

For the week in viewers: CBS (5.64m), NBC (23.27m), ABC (3.61m) and FOX (3.51m).

For the week in key demographics, CBS was second in adults 25-54 (2.1/05) and adults 18-49 (1.6/05).

For the week in households: CBS (3.8/06), NBC (13.9/23), ABC (2.5/04) and FOX (2.4/04).

CBS Weekly Highlights:

? TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) was the top-scripted program in adults 18-49 (2.5/07) and adults 25-54 (3.3/08) for the ninth consecutive week.

? FLASHPOINT was second in households (4.9/08), viewers (7.21m), adults 25-54 (2.5/06) and adults 18-49 (1.9/05). Compared to last week, FLASHPOINT was up +17% in households (from 4.2/07), +25% in adults 25-54 (2.0/05), +19% in adults 18-49 (from 1.6/04) and added +1.10m viewers (from 6.11m, +18%). This matches FLASHPOINT's best delivery in adults 18-49, matches the best delivery in adults 25-54 since the series premiere and is the best viewers delivery since July 31, 2008.

? BIG BROTHER 10 SUNDAY was second in households (3.9/06), viewers (6.04m), adults 25-54 (2.8/07) and adults 18-49 (2.2/06). Compared to last week, BIG BROTHER 10 SUNDAY was up +11% in households (3.5/06), +17% in adults 25-54 (from 2.4/06), +10% in adults 18-49 (from 2.0/06) and added +510,000 viewers (from 5.53m, +9%).

? BIG BROTHER 10 TUESDAY was second in households (3.9/06), viewers (6.12m), adults 25-54 (2.6/06) and adults 18-49 (2.1/06).

? BIG BROTHER 10 THURSDAY was second in households (4.0/07), viewers (6.17m), adults 25-54 (2.7/08) and adults 18-49 (2.1/07).
