Jane Seymour's "Dear Prudence" Ranks as Highest-Rated Cable Movie of the Day for Hallmark Channel

JANE SEYMOUR'S "DEAR PRUDENCE" RANKS AS HIGHEST-RATED CABLE MOVIE OF THE DAY FOR HALLMARK CHANNEL

Hallmark Channel's latest original movie premiere, "Dear Prudence," starring Jane Seymour, was the highest-rated ad-supported cable movie of the day on Saturday, August 23 (9-11 p.m., ET/PT) delivering nearly 2.7 million total viewers which landed the network in the #4 spot in Prime Time for the day.

"Dear Prudence" also scored a 1.8 HH rating with nearly 1.5 million homes for the family-friendly network. In addition, the network ranked #8 in Prime Time for the week with a 1.1 HH rating, 903,000 homes and nearly 1.2 million total viewers.

"Dear Prudence" is the latest entry into the channel's popular original mystery movie franchise, joining "Mystery Woman," starring Kellie Martin; "Jane Doe," starring Lea Thompson; "McBride," starring John Larroquette; and "Murder 101," starring Dick Van Dyke.
