A 'SPECIAL' NIGHT LEADS CBS TO A WIN IN ADULTS 18-49, ADULTS 25-54 AND ADULTS 18-34

"Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" Places First in Viewers, Key Adult Demos, Kids 2-11 and Kids 6-11

"The Victoria Secret Fashion Show" Is Number One in Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, Posting Year-to-Year Double Digit Percentage Gains in Viewers and All Key Adult Demos

A trio of specials-RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER, THE GRAMMY NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE!! COUNTDOWN TO MUSIC'S BIGGEST NIGHT and THE VICTORIA SECRET FASHION SHOW-gave CBS a nightly win in adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and kids 2-11, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Wednesday, Dec. 3.

At 8:00 PM, RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER won its time slot in viewers (11.74m), adults 25-54 (4.8/12), adults 18-49 (4.2/12), adults 18-34 (2.9/09), children 2-11 (6.4/19), children 6-11 (6.0/18) and second in households (6.2/10). RUDOLPH was the night's #1 program in viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49, children 2-11 and children 6-11.

At 9:00 PM, THE GRAMMY NOMINATIONS CONCERT LIVE!! COUNTDOWN TO MUSIC'S BIGGEST NIGHT (S) (4.4/07, 7.15m) averaged a 2.4/06 in adults 18-49, 2.0/06 in adults 18-34 and 2.7/06 in adults 25-54.

At 10:00 PM, VICTORIA'S SECRET FASHION SHOW was first in adults 18-49 (3.6/10), adults 18-34 (4.3/12), second in households (5.4/09), viewers (8.73m) and adults 25-54 (3.2/08). Compared to last year's broadcast (on Tuesday, Dec.4), CBS was up +6% in households (from 5.1/08), +14% in adults 25-54 (from 2.8/07), +38% in adults 18-49 (from 2.6/07), +79% in adults 18-34 (from 2.4/07) and added +1.22m viewers (from 7.51m, +16%). VICTORIA'S SECRET FASHION SHOW was the night's Number One program with adults 18-34.

For the night, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (3.6/09), adults 18-49 (3.4/09), adults 18-34 (3.1/09) and second in both households (5.3/09) and viewers (9.20m).
