"TAKING A CHANCE ON LOVE" SCORES FOR HALLMARK CHANNEL

Original Movie Ranks as Highest-Rated Cable Movie of the Week, Highest-Rated Telecast of the Night and Boosts Network to Rank #1 on Saturday, Jan. 31

Hallmark Channel's original movie premiere "Taking a Chance on Love," Saturday, January 31 (9-11 p.m., ET/PT), scored a 2.9 household rating with 2.5 million homes, over 3.3 million total viewers and 4.2 million unduplicated viewers. The movie, starring Genie Francis and Ted McGinley, is the sequel to the family-friendly network's highest-rated original movie of 2007, "The Note."

This exemplary performance ranked the original movie as the highest-rated ad-supported cable movie of the week and the highest-rated Prime Time telecast of the day. It also boosted Hallmark Channel to rank #1 in Prime Time for the day on Saturday.

"Taking a Chance on Love" ranked #1 in the time period for HH, W25-54 (1.5) and P2+ (1.5) ratings, as well as #3 for A25-54 (1.0), #4 for W18-49 (0.9) and #7 for A18-49 (0.6) ratings. The film also ranked #1 among HH and P2+ delivery. Among other key demos, the movie ranked #2 for W25-54 (726,000), #5 for A25-54 (922,000) and #8 for W18-49 (447,000) deliveries.

"Taking a Chance on Love" helped rank Hallmark Channel #7 in Prime Time for the week with a 1.1 HH rating, 983,000 homes and over 1.3 million total viewers.
