SCI FI Channel is #1 Cable Network

Ghost Hunters is #1 Cable Program

New York, NY � March 12, 2009 � An episode featuring an investigation at the historic Betsy Ross House in Philadelphia jump-started season 5 of SCI FI's Ghost Hunters. Airing Wednesday from 9-10pm, the premiere delivered a 1.9 Household rating, 2.7 million total viewers, 1.6 million Adults 18-49 and 1.7 million Adults 25-54.

Ghost Hunters was the #1 cable telecast for the day in Adults 25-54, out-delivering the season premiere of South Park as well as new episodes of The Real World, Dog the Bounty Hunter and Monsterquest. In addition:

In the 9pm hour, SCI FI was the #1 cable network, sweeping all major demographics � Adults 18-34, Adults 18-49, Adults 25-54, Males 18-49, Males 25-54, Women 18-49 and Women 25-54.

In 8-11pm prime, SCI FI was the #1 cable network for Adults 18-49

The season 5 premiere demonstrated the series' continuing success among women, making SCI FI the #1 cable network in Prime for Women 25-54 and #2 in Prime for Women 18-49

Ghost Hunters was also the #1 site on SCIFI.COM for the day in page views, uniques and visits
