USA KICKS OFF 2Q09 WITH HUGE MARGINS OF VICTORY

NEW YORK, NEW YORK � April 7, 2009 � USA kicks off 2Q09 with a weekly win by double-digit margins as the #1 cable network in primetime. The network averaged 1,347,000 in P25-54 (49% over #2 TBS), 1,292,000 in P18-49 (23% over #2 TBS), 2,880,000 total viewers (22% over #2 Fox News / 28% over #2 entertainment network Disney) and 2,139,000 households (19% over #2 Fox News and 28% over #2 entertainment network Disney). USA's household coverage rating was 2.2 (+0.3 over #2 Fox News and +0.5 over #2 entertainment network Disney). To date, USA has won every week of 2009 among P25-54.

USA continues to out-perform The CW in the height of broadcast season, delivering more total viewers (by 29%) and P25-54 (by +17%) this week. In addition, USA was the only network in all of cable to deliver over 1 million in P25-54, 1.1 million in P18-49, 2.5 million total viewers or 2 million households in prime this week.

USA programmed seven of the top ten P25-54 telecasts of the week, the only network with more than one telecast in the top ten, with episodes of WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW, the WWE HALL OF FAME and HOUSE. USA also had the top two telecasts for P18-49 with RAW.

� RAW on Monday was the #1 show of the week, taking the top two telecasts, among P25-54 (2.35 million), P18-49 (2.5 million) and total viewers (5.22 million). In the 10pm hour, USA was #1 among M18-34 ahead of all broadcast and cable networks and was #2 in M18-49 behind only CBS. The full show was ahead of ABC's �Castle� among P18-34 and beat both �CSI Miami,� �Dancing With The Stars� and �Castle� among M18-34.

� WWE HALL OF FAME on Saturday at 10pm was the #1 P25-54 (1.45 million) and #2 P18-49 (1.42 million) telecast for that day. The show also made the top ten for P25-54 for the week, ranking 8th.

� Four episodes of HOUSE were in the top ten for P25-54, including two on Sunday which ranked in the top five and helped make USA the #1 network Sunday night in Primetime.
