CBS rebroadcasts placed first on Monday in viewers, adults 25-54 and just -0.1 rating point behind in adults 18-49 against all first-run programming on ABC, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for July 6.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (R) was second in households (3.6/07), viewers (5.51m), adults 25-54 (2.4/07) and adults 18-49 (1.8/06).

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (R) was second in households (3.5/06), viewers (5.48m), adults 25-54 (2.4/07), and adults 18-49 (1.9/06).

TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) won its time slot in households (5.9/10), viewers (9.25m), adults 25-54 (3.6/10) and adults 18-49 (2.7/08).

THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) was first in adults 25-54 (3.5/09), second in households (5.2/09), viewers (8.20m, -0.04m behind ABC's first run programming) and adults 18-49 (2.7/08, -0.1 behind ABC).

CSI: MIAMI (R) was first in households (5.7/10), viewers (8.69m), adults 25-54 (2.8/07) and adults 18-49 (2.0/06).

For the night, CBS was first in households (4.9/09), viewers (7.64m), adults 25-54 (2.9/08) and second in adults 18-49 (2.2/07, -0.1 behind ABC's all first-run line-up).
