"SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL" POWERS NBC TO ANOTHER SUNDAY NIGHT VICTORY

SNF Top Rated Show of Sunday Night for Ninth Time in 10 Weeks

Tops American Music Awards on ABC by 22%

NEW YORK - Nov. 23, 2009 - Last night's "NBC Sunday Night Football" was the No. 1 broadcast on Sunday night for the ninth time in 10 weeks with the Eagles 24-20 win over the Bears. "SNF" was again the No. 1 show of the night in the metered markets (excludes overruns of NFL day games) on a night that faced original programming including ABC's American Music Awards, CBS's 60 Minutes and Amazing Race and Fox's Simpsons, Cleveland Show and Family Guy. Head-to-head from 8:30-11 p.m., "Sunday Night Football" out-rated the American Music Awards on ABC by 22 percent.

"Sunday Night Football" registered a 12.1 overnight rating and a 19 share (from 8:30-11:30 p.m. ET). That rating is off 10 percent from last year's Week 11 game, which featured an NFC East rivalry featuring the Cowboys and Redskins (13.5/20).
